★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein top Team! Habe telefonisch nachgefragt ob ein gewisser Laptop lagernd ist, ja das geführte Telefonat war sehr sehr freundlich und auf jede wichtige Frage gab es eine gute Antwort. Die Ware dan gleich noch am Freitag um 16.00 bestellt, am Samstag um 12.30 hab ich ihn schon erhalten.

 A top team! I asked by phone whether a certain laptop was in stock, yes the phone call was very, very friendly and there was a good answer to every important question. Then ordered the goods on Friday at 4 p.m., and on Saturday at 12.30 p.m. I received them.

Vor einigen Monaten hätte ich gerne einen PC gekauft in der Filiale. Es ging um eine individuelle Zusammenstellung. Als ich den Verkäufer fragte ob das eh noch immer angeboten wird, meinte er nur kurz "Ja, aber das kostet 50 Euro. Wenn ich den PC dann kaufe, würde mir das wieder abgezogen werden".
Nun, ich verstehe dass sich ein Fachhändler absichern muss damit seine Beratung nicht permanent umsonst ist. Nur ich habe in der Filiale vor Jahren schonmal einen sehr teuren PC gekauft und auch zusammenstellen lassen. Da könnte doch ein wenig vertrauen zurückkommen und das "Risiko" bei "Bestandskunden" vl. anders bewertet werden.
Im Prinzip kann der Shop dann anbieten was er will. Wenn der PC dann um 200, 300 Euro teurer ist als realistisch wäre wird dir damit ein Kaufzwang auferlegt.
Schade, denn ich habe noch immer keinen PC. Seitdem Besuch hadere ich nicht doch noch hinzugehen. Aber diese Methode des Druckaufbaus gegenüber von Kunden kann ich einfach nicht akzeptieren. Somit kann ich SKC auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen, obwohl ich das über Jahre getan habe weil ich ein sehr zufriedener Kunde war.

Unfortunately, seriously disappointed.
A few months ago I would have liked to have bought a PC in the branch. It was about an individual combination. When I asked the seller if it was still being offered anyway, he only said briefly "Yes, but that costs 50 euros. If I then buy the PC, it would be deducted from me".
Well, I understand that a specialist dealer has to protect himself so that his advice is not permanently free. Only years ago I bought a very expensive PC in the branch and had it put together. A little trust could come back and the "risk" with "existing customers" could be assessed differently.
In principle, the shop can then offer what it wants. If the PC is then around 200, 300 euros more expensive than would be realistic, you are forced to buy.
It's a shame because I still don't have a PC. Since my visit, I haven't had any problems going there. But I just can't accept this method of building pressure on customers. So I can no longer recommend SKC, although I have been doing this for years because I was a very satisfied customer.
Pity!
