★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG! Das schlechteste Service, dass wir und mein Mann je erlebt haben! 3 Monate vorher reden wir, über einen Versicherungswechsel und nichts wurde erledigt, bis wir selber die Versicherung angerufen haben um festzustellen, dass sie sich nicht mal darum gekümmert hat.
Wir sind auf Urlaub gefahren und geglaubt, dass unser Auto Vollkaskoversichert ist, leider war es nicht… Ganz unfreundliches Verhalten, und falsche Aussagen und Lügen. Es ist dazu gekommen, dass unsere Kennzeichen fast entzogen wurden, weil sie sich darum gekümmert hat, dass unser Auto 15 Tage nicht versichert wurde, plus falsche Angaben in der Versicherungspolizze für Listenpreis und Begrenzung der Kilometer: Auf die Frage warum das so ist wurde nur geantwortet: “Das schreiben wir nur so!” INKOMPETENT und FRECH!!!!!! Finger weg!!!!!! 0 Sterne wert!!!!!
HANDS OFF! Worst service that we and my husband have ever experienced! 3 months in advance we talk about a change of insurance and nothing has been done until we have called the insurance company ourselves to find out that they have not even taken care of it.
We went on vacation and believed that our car was fully insured, unfortunately it wasn't ... Very unfriendly behavior, false statements and lies. It happened that our license plates were almost withdrawn because they took care that our car was not insured for 15 days, plus incorrect information in the insurance policy for the list price and limitation of the kilometers: When asked why that is so only replied: “We just write that!” INCOMPETENT and Naughty !!!!!! Hands off!!!!!! Worth 0 stars !!!!!
