Hier gilt der Leitsatz nicht mehr.
Bin über 35 Jahre Kunde dieser Filiale gewesen unter der vorigen Leitung immer bestens beraten und betreut worden.
Leider ist das seit dem Wechsel nicht mehr der Fall.
Mittlerweile ist ein Stern noch zuviel.

I have been a customer of this branch for over 35 years under the previous management and have always been given the best advice and support.
Unfortunately, this is no longer the case since the change.
Meanwhile one star is still too many.
