R	Roderich Resch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Klagenfurt I rented a truck with a number of recorded scratches and bumps. when I returned the car at the Kagran SIXT station without any additional damages, a sixt employee did an inspection and found that one damage which was recorded as scratch is actually a bump. When discussing this matter with the station manager in charge he reassured me that this damage actually exists before as per the sixt picture data base. but he wanted me to sign a form that there is an additional damage - just for the records, which I refused to sign. Now I received per mail a notification to complete a damage report. I had to involve my lawyer since I consnider this unfair and criminal business practices. BE WARNED - SIXT - NEVER AGAIN! I
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually ok. I had one bad experience. I rented a car, and went to the garage to make sure it was 100% filled with fuel. I had to put about €15 of fuel in before it was full! When I returned the car, they could not refund me at the desk, and asked that I contact their head office for a reimbursement. They did refund me a few days later! :)

Ahmed, the front desk has no idea of problem solving and trying to accommodate customers even when Sixt is at fault. He is argumentative and lacks any sort of empathy. Surprised to see him as the face of this store. Doing business here almost feels like they're doing you a favor.

By pick up, the car I reserved was not there and I received another one, which was 2-3 classes higher than what I reserved. The staff were very friendly and competent. I recommend car rental from Sixt, specially the branch in Kagran.
A	Athanasios Nestoras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 days after I returned the the Van I had rented from Sixt in Kagran I received a request to pay 450 euro for this damage that they claim that I caused. The tyres on the Van are winter tyres and this is something that someone couldn't cause on purpose. I got scammed from these people, don't hear their employee and please check everything on the car. I was trying to take photos of the car and the employee kept insisting that only there is any serious incident there will be an issue. +Additionally someone by the name Martin from their Customer service department told me that here is Germany and you should speak German (Is this really customer Service in a developed country?) +Additionally I called the consumer's protection organization and they told me that there are many similar incidents with this company Please be careful with those people!

The employee will "advice" you that the scratches are not important and you should not care for every single detail. They will give you car with a lot of scratches and then they will charge you for one of them. Good luck

V	Vadim Mikhailov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your company is dishonest. I rented a car from Sixt and during the return everything was accepted without any claims, because the car was without damage. But after 2 days I was informed that the car was damaged by me and a fine of 600 euros was taken, although I was not guilty. I do not recommend using your service.
