Very professional, nice and friendly. Renting a car has never been easier. I rent from SIXT in gerneral at least once per month and mainly from this location. The guys also meet my need and expectations.

Rude customer support and unrealistic pricing policies. They gauge you if you make changes to an existing contract. If you have a contract and try to extend it, the (significant higher) price for the extension will suddenly apply to the entire rental period, to the extension as well as your already used rental days. I have rented a lot of cars over the last twenty years but have never ever heard anything like this.

Up until now, there is nothing bad I could say about them. The employee was really friendly and patient with all changes that I wanted to make. I can really recommend this place.

The guys spoke English. They were polite. It is possible to pay with a debit card. The car was clean and in perfect condition. They gave my deposit back right away.

We rent Peugeout 2008 for 1,5 days for 470euros. The wheels was unadjusted, car was constantly pooled to the right line of the road making driving dangerous and annoying. Tire preasure sensor was always constantly on, the right wheel was deflating, I was pumping up it several times. Car was taken in Vienna office, but we had to change it in Linz. When I arrived there, the Sixt workers refused to admit that there is a problem. The guy suggested me just to turn off tire preassure sensor. So he suggested to ignore real problem which may cause fatal accident. The girl on reception was trying to confuse me by telling that there is some road auto-aligment which automatically steers the car. Which is not true, there is no such feature in Peugeout 2008, just unbalanced camber toe/wheels. They were also rude to us. I asked to change the car, they said that they only have one car in the Airport, but when we called to support 1hr before, they told us to come exactly in this office, because they have cars. The refused to gave us another class car which was present at that moment. Instead, they gave us uncleaned Opel and we spent 3 hours in total of our time for all of these.

Two separate rentals here, both with issues. 1. Was charged for damage which I 100% didn't cause. I drove the car a total of 15km, on the highway. The car was not inspected for damage after the previous reservation. The staff were not helpful. 2. Rented an auto, was told they had none left despite me having a reservation. They did me a "favor" by upgrading me. The car had not been inspected or cleaned after the previous rental. Covered in mud and dirt, inside dirty, smelled like cigarettes. There was no way to do a damage inspection on a car covered in mud. The staff again were not helpful. 3. Received a car without a full tank of fuel. Staff again were not helpful.
