(Sandra M.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Wir waren um 9 Uhr morgens schon dort, der Parkplatz leer (er ist relativ klein kostenlos) - es gibt einen "Drachenweg", ca eine Stunde lang und für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gut geeignet (mit der so genannten Sinterbacher Drachenlegende, wirklich süß) - der andere Weg bis zum Wasserfall ist gut zu erreichen, relativ steil und geht sehr idyllisch (bis zum Wasserfall circa 2 Stunden) - wir waren zur Schneeschmelze dort und was soll ich sagen: einfach nur naturgewaltig! - ab dem Wasserfall kann man verschiedene Wege über Almen einschlagen. Als wir dort waren, war die Waldalm zu (Saison hat noch nicht begonnen). Somit kann ich hierzu nix sagen - der Abstieg dauert circa 1-1,5 Stunden, je nachdem wie schnell/langsam man ist - Fazit: komme gerne nochmal und v.a. morgens um bei Saison die Menschenmassen zu umgehen - We were already there at 9 o'clock in the morning, the parking lot was empty (it is relatively small for free) - there is a "dragon trail", about an hour long and well suited for families with small children (with the so-called Sinterbacher dragon legend, really cute) - The other way to the waterfall is easy to reach, relatively steep and very idyllic (to the waterfall about 2 hours) - we were there for snowmelt and what can I say: just natural! - From the waterfall you can take various paths over pastures. When we were there, the Waldalm was closed (season has not started yet). So I can not say anything about this - The descent takes about 1-1.5 hours, depending on how fast / slow you are - Conclusion: I would like to come back and v.a. in the morning to bypass the crowds at the season
T	Tonia Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große Empfehlung für eine kleine Wanderung (3-4h mit Pausen) wenn man in der Gegend ist. Wir waren übers Wochenende im Kempinski Hotel und sind Samstag Mittag losgelaufen und waren am Nachmittag wieder da. Es gibt einen Rundweg der gut beschildert ist und die Steigung ist völlig machbar auch mit Kindern. Die Wasserfälle an sich sind sehr schön man kann sogar die Füße ins Wasser halten. Beim Abstieg kann man noch einen Stop auf der Wildalm einlegen für eine Stärkung. Great recommendation for a short hike (3-4h with breaks) if you are in the area. We stayed at the Kempinski Hotel over the weekend and left Saturday afternoon and returned in the afternoon. There is a trail that is well signposted and the slope is fully feasible even with children. The waterfalls themselves are very beautiful you can even keep your feet in the water. On the descent you can still stop at the Wildalm for a refreshment.

Aber alle Mühe hat sich gelohnt, man spürt die Kraft des Wassers schon beim Beginn der Wanderung. Ob diese Wanderung Familienfreundlich ist, würde ich davon abhängig machen, ob meine Kinder das Wandern gewöhnt sind. Der Wasserfall ist ein beeindruckendes Naturschauspiel, leider zu weit weg von meinem Zuhause, sonst wäre ich öfters hier. Der weitere Weg zur Wildalm war leider nicht möglich, da das Wasser einen Teil der Brücke abgerissen hat. For me (61 years old) the hike to the waterfall was very exhausting. But all the effort was worth it, you can feel the power of the water right from the start of the hike. Whether this hike is family-friendly, I would make it dependent on whether my children are used to hiking. The waterfall is an impressive natural spectacle, unfortunately too far away from my home, otherwise I would be here more often. The further way to the Wildalm was unfortunately not possible because the water tore off part of the bridge.
