g	georg dunkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was soll ich sagen - Manfred, der anscheinend für die Gitarren-Verstärker zuständig ist, kennt sich aus! Mein Amp-Projekt, leider mit frustrierender Vorgeschichte, wurde im handumdrehen zu einem unfassbar gut klingendem Amp. Nicht nur hatte ich nach der Fertigstellung einen funktionierenden Amp, Manfred betreute mich auch noch ein paar Wochen lang per mail, um mir noch abschließende Tipps bezüglich "Musikalität" von unterschiedlichen Röhren mit auf den Weg zu geben. Stets hilfsbereit und Zielorientiert. Super Service...bin sehr dankbar...und weiß nun wen ich meinem Amp in Wien in die Hände gebe! What can I say - Manfred, who is apparently responsible for the guitar amplifiers, knows his way around! My amp project, unfortunately with a frustrating history, turned into an incredibly good-sounding amp in no time at all. Not only did I have a working amp after completion, Manfred also looked after me for a few weeks by email to give me final tips on the "musicality" of different tubes. Always helpful and goal-oriented. Great service ... I am very grateful ... and now I know who to hand my amp into my hands in Vienna!
L	Liam Weinbrenner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Sinnl & Hanten wurde mir von einem Kollegen empfohlen. Dort wollte ich in meinen Kopfhörer eine Klinkenbuchse einbauen lassen. Das lief auch eigentlich ziemlich zügig. Der vorher genannte Preis wurde auch eingehalten. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass der rechte Kopfhörer nicht ansprach und das Kabel leider sehr leicht herausrutschte. Darauf hin sollte ich den Kopfhörer nochmal vorbei bringen. Nach der erneuten (schnellen) Reparatur wurde mir mitgeteilt der Fehler läge an der von mir mitgebrachten Klinkenbuchse (zwei Stück, die ich zuvor bei Conrad gekauft habe). Sie hätten jetzt von ihnen eine Buchse eingebaut und das würde jetzt auch eine Weile halten, allerdings wäre die Klinkenbuchse allgemein nicht die beste Lösung dafür, da müsste man in der Zukunft nochmal nachbessern. Leider hat auch die von ihnen eingebaute Klinkenbuchse anscheinend einen Wackelkontakt (Diverse Kabel getestet) und lässt sich nur unter Druck verwenden. Sobald man den Druck auslässt fällt ein Hörer aus. Mich enttäuscht dass mir nicht von Anfang an gesagt wurde, dass hier eine Klinkenbuchse nicht die richtige Wahl ist. Von einem professionellen Techniker erwarte ich mir dass er mir zu der richtigen Lösung rät. Man hätte mich auch anrufen können und mir sagen können, dass die von mir gekaufte Buchse wohl nicht hochwertig genug ist. Dass der Kopfhörer jetzt schon wieder ausgefallen ist enttäuscht mich sehr und hat mich wirklich bei der Arbeit behindert. Ich werde mich jetzt mit meinem Problem anderweitig umschauen und wohl nicht mehr zu Sinnl & Hanten gehen. Sehr schade. I am unfortunately very disappointed. Sinnl & Hanten was recommended to me by a colleague. There I wanted to have a jack socket built into my headphones. That actually went pretty quickly. The aforementioned price was also met. Unfortunately, I found that the right headphones did not respond and the cable unfortunately slipped out very easily. Then I should bring the headphones over again. After the renewed (quick) repair, I was informed that the error was due to the jack socket I had brought with me (two pieces that I had previously bought from Conrad). You would now have installed a socket from them and that would last for a while, but the jack socket would generally not be the best solution for this, so you would have to improve it again in the future. Unfortunately, the jack socket they have installed also apparently has a loose connection (various cables tested) and can only be used under pressure. As soon as you release the pressure, a handset fails. I am disappointed that I was not told from the start that a jack socket is not the right choice here. I expect a professional technician to advise me on the right solution. You could have called me and told me that the socket I bought is probably not of high quality. The fact that the headphones have already failed again disappoints me very much and has really hampered my work. I will now look elsewhere with my problem and probably no longer go to Sinnl & Hanten. It's a shame.

Außer, Danke für euren tollen Job und hoffentlich bleibt ihr uns noch recht lange erhalten! Fazit, meine absolute Empfehlung!!! The guys from Sinnl & Hanten are in a great mood, they got my old stereo receiver from Sony so great that I can't find the right words out of sheer enthusiasm. Except, thank you for your great job and hopefully you will stay with us for a long time! Conclusion, my absolute recommendation!
