Ich bin zu Andreas gekommen, weil ich Probleme mit meinem 6-Saiter Bass hatte und ursprünglich auch ein paar Sachen einbauen wollte. Die Probleme hat er mit Bravour beseitigt und er hat mich sehr gut zu potentiellen Upgrades am Instrument beraten. Alles spielt sich so schön wie nie:) Great service, great advice! I came to Andreas because I had problems with my 6-string bass and originally wanted to add a few things. He eliminated the problems with flying colors and advised me very well on potential upgrades to the instrument. Everything is playing better than ever :)

Als Neukunde wurde ich sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich freundlich behandelt. Er hat sich Zeit für meine Anliegen genommen und diese kompetent und professionell perfekt erledigt. Dauer und Koste der Reparaturen angemessen. Mein Tip: immer wieder gerne! Andreas has my L.P Custom (crack on the neck) and my Sigma (new saddle and fine crack on the cover) completely restored. As a new customer, I was treated kindly both on the phone and in person. He took the time for my concerns and dealt with them perfectly competently and professionally. Duration and cost of repairs reasonable. My tip: always with pleasure!

Ein absoluter Profi mit entsprechender Erfahrung. Alle meine Gitarren zum Service nur zum Andi. Hat aktuell meine 50 Jahre alte Ibanez Mod. 2020 (meine erste E -Gitarre) wie gewünscht zu neuen Leben erweckt. Die ist wieder wie neu. Danke Andi ?? I went to Andi's for the first time about 23 years ago. A few days ago again and if Andi does something then it's fine. An absolute professional with the appropriate experience. All my guitars for service only to Andi. Has currently brought my 50 year old Ibanez Mod. 2020 (my first electric guitar) to new life as desired. It's like new again. Thank you Andi ??
D	Daniel Erwin Rächer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Möglicherweise gut, wenn man "den Andi" persönlich kennt. Als Neukunde allerdings eine herbe Enttäuschung. Gitarre hingebracht wegen einer Kleinigkeit für die mir schlicht die Zeit gefehlt hat, Wartezeit laut Eigenaussage 1 Woche. Ok kein Problem. Nach einer Woche angerufen, "bin nicht dazugekommen, nächste Woche dann, ich meld mich bei dir". 1 MONAT (!!!) später dann abgeholt weil es mir zu dumm geworden ist (Anruf kam nie einer), Kosten: 120€ !!!, da "1,5h" Arbeitszeit!? Ich bin wahrlich kein Gitarrenbaumeister sondern Laie, aber 7 kleine Lötpunkte hätte ich in max. 20 Minuten geschafft!?! Und noch dazu: Neuwertige Gitarre und Koffer dreckig und voller Fingerabdrücke, nicht einmal eingestellt war sie für die 120€, im Gegenteil die Saiten scharen mehr als vorher! Und einen neuwertigen Push/Pull Poti hat er sich auch eingenaht! Mein Fazit: in meinem Fall war "der Andi" ein absoluter Pfuscher der nicht einmal 20€ verdient hätte. You live you learn, hab teures Lehrgeld bezahlt, auf jeden Fall für mich klar: Niemals wieder!! Possibly good if you know "den Andi" personally. A big disappointment as a new customer. Brought the guitar there because of a little thing for which I simply didn't have the time, according to my own statement, the waiting time was 1 week. OK no problem. Called after a week, "didn't get there, next week, I'll get in touch with you". 1 MONTH (!!!) later then picked up because I got too stupid (never called), costs: 120 € !!!, since "1.5 hours" working time!? I'm really not a master guitar builder but a layman, but I could have made 7 small soldering points in max. 20 minutes!?! And on top of that: new guitar and case dirty and full of fingerprints, it wasn't even adjusted for the 120€, on the contrary the strings are more taut than before! And he also got a new push/pull potentiometer! My conclusion: in my case "Andi" was an absolute bungler who didn't even earn 20€. You live you learn, I've paid dearly for my apprenticeship, in any case it's clear to me: never again!!

He layed down all the options and costs for me (and broke them down in a transparent manner), in order to make an informed decision. I most definitely recommend going here rather than big companies that would charge more.

Really happy with the results! My Strat sang like a new machine, and has been a lot of fun to play since then :)
