I am a regular customer at Komputer Singer and I am very satisfied, both with the purchase of several new PCs and with the solution of problems. The slightly chaotic business premises doesn't matter !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich schon gefreut, dass ich einen neuen Computershop gefunden habe. Am Telefon dann die herbe Enttäuschung: man wird unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Sie haben einen potentiellen Kunden verloren. Schade.
I was already happy that I found a new computer shop. On the phone then the bitter disappointment: one is unwelcome abgewimmelt. You have lost a potential customer. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I habe in diesem Shop vor vielen Jahren gearbeitet und es ist immer noch so, wie damals. Eine Mischung aus bester Kundenberatung, hoechster Fachkompetenz und ehrlicher Geschaeftsbeziehung. Es ist Schade, dass diese Art von Shops vom Aussterben bedroht sind.
I worked in this shop many years ago and it's still the way it was back then. A mixture of the best customer advice, the highest level of expertise and an honest business relationship. It's a shame that these types of shops are critically endangered.
