N	Ni Müh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert. Keine Beratung ohne Termin. Ich hab nachdem ich telefonisch niemanden erreicht habe, per Mail angefragt und uns auch avisiert. Extra 70km Anfahrt in Kauf genommen, dann wurde uns gesagt, keine Beratung ohne Termin. Man beachte, ausser uns war 1 Kunde anwesend, bei 3 Mitarbeitern. Not recommended. No advice without appointment. I did not reach anyone by phone, requested by mail and also advised us. Extra 70km drive in purchase, then we were told, no advice without appointment. Note, except us 1 customer was present, with 3 employees.

Als wir nachgefragt haben hat sich der Herr der für Badarmaturen zuständig ist nicht einmal von seinem seinen Sessel gehoben, da wir nicht den Namen des Installateurs hatten, von Qualität alles gut sei und alles nur Optik ist und er einen Termin in 20 Minuten hat. Von Beratung oder sich Mühe geben war keine Spur. Die Badarmaturen fürs Haus kaufen wir woanders... We were in the shop for 10 minutes without anyone taking care of us. When we asked, the gentleman who is responsible for bathroom fittings did not even lift himself from his armchair because we did not have the name of the installer, everything is good in terms of quality and everything is just optics and he has an appointment in 20 minutes. There was no trace of advice or effort. We buy bathroom fittings for the house elsewhere ...

In meinen Fall habe ich 4 Wochen auf einen Termin gewartet (und der hat schon jede Menge Geduld erfordert, weil ich ca. 20 mal anrufen musste, bis endlich wer angehoben hat) um einen Tag vor dem Termin zu erfahren, dass der Termin auf Grund eines Krankenstand eines Kollegen weitere 4 Wochen verschoben werden muss. Echt jetzt??? Es kann schon mal passieren, dass ein Mitarbeiter krank wird, aber die Alternative für den Kunden kann kein Termin in 4 Wochen sein. Geht's noch? Eigentlich stümperhaft und zeigt von schwacher Führung. Zum Glück gibt es genug Alternativen, wo es zeitnah (eine Woche später) Termine gibt. Aber anscheinen haben sie es nicht notwendig 2 Bäder zu verkaufen und man braucht nur die letzten paar Rezessionen lesen, da weiß man dann eh alles... BÄDERPARADIS IST EBEN KEIN KUNDENPARADIS Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. In my case, I waited 4 weeks for an appointment (and it required a lot of patience because I had to call about 20 times before finally someone raised) to find out one day before the appointment that the appointment was due a colleague's sick leave has to be postponed for another 4 weeks. Really now??? It can happen that an employee gets sick, but the alternative for the customer cannot be an appointment in 4 weeks. Are you crazy? Actually bumbling and shows poor leadership. Fortunately, there are enough alternatives where appointments are made promptly (one week later). But apparently they don't have to sell 2 bathrooms and you only need to read the last couple of reviews and you will know everything anyway ... BÄDERPARADIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER PARADIS

Ohne Beratung (die man nicht bekommt, da dafür ein Termin erforderlich ist welcher nicht vereinbart werden kann) Wertlos. Schade - da gibt es wohl ein Führungsproblem. PS: Standort 1210 Wien! No one to reach for 5 days, a manageable offer on site. Without advice (which you don't get because an appointment is required which cannot be arranged) Worthless. Too bad - there is probably a management problem. PS: Location 1210 Vienna!

Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, seit 10 Tagen rufe ich 4-5x am Tag an, keine hebt ab, komm immer in die Zentrale, dort können sie mir auch ned weiterhelfen. Danke für nichts :( Catastrophe…. On site: employees endeavored According to the employee, the offer comes 3 days later. We have been waiting for an offer for 2 weeks. Can't be reached by phone, I've been calling 4-5 times a day for 10 days, nobody picks up, always come to the head office, they can't help me there either. Thanks for nothing :(
