Ich wurde an das mailservice auf der Homepage zwecks Übersendung von Bildern verwiesen. Ich schrieb eine entsprechende Mail, gab 2 Fotos (Armatur und Kartusche) dazu und habe eigentlich erwartet, dass mir die Adresse eines Geschäftes genannt würde, wo ich das Teil bekommen/bestellen kann. Stattdessen bekam ich sehr rasch eine freundliche Antwort von Herrn Weiss, mit Bitte um Details. Nach einem kurzen Informationsaustausch wird mir nun die neue Kartusche direkt zugesandt. Das Angebot, auch für einen Monteur zu sorgen, benötigte ich nicht, ist aber sehr hilfreich für die Meisten. Fazit: Vorbildliche Kommunikation und erstklassiges Service. By the way: Abwasch und Armatur sind hervorragend in Qualität, Funktion und Design. Da stimmt Preis-Leistung. I needed a new cartridge for my Blanco fitting. I couldn't find a suitable one in specialist shops, so I turned to the company's service team. I was referred to the mail service on the homepage for the purpose of sending pictures. I wrote a corresponding email, gave 2 photos (fitting and cartridge) and actually expected that I would be given the address of a shop where I can get / order the part. Instead, I received a friendly reply from Mr Weiss very quickly, asking for details. After a brief exchange of information, the new cartridge will now be sent directly to me. I didn't need the offer to arrange for a fitter, but it is very helpful for most of them. Conclusion: exemplary communication and first-class service. By the way: the sink and fittings are excellent in terms of quality, function and design. The price-performance ratio is right.
Y	Yvi Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Firma betreibt definitiv ein Kundenabwehrprogramm. Es ist bei diesen Öffnungszeiten als Berufstätiger kaum möglich, den Schauraum zu besuchen. Dann nimmt man sich eigens frei, um endlich den Schauraum besuchen zu können und dann ist der Schauraum erst recht wieder geschlossen .... wegen einem technischen Gebrechen! Und als Bonus wird man bei Rückfrage von der Telefonistin angeschrien und äußerst unfreundlich behandelt :( Es bleibt mir daher nichts anderes übrig, als zur Konkurrenz zu gehen! This company is definitely running a customer defense program. It is hardly possible for a working person to visit the showroom during these opening times. Then you take your own time off so that you can finally visit the showroom and then the showroom is even more closed again ... because of a technical problem! And as a bonus, the operator will yell at you when you ask and treat you very unfriendly :( So I have no choice but to go to the competition!

K	Katharina Bangheri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enttäuscht vom Kundenservice. Unsere Amatur war undicht und wir können diese nun seit mittlerweile 1 Monat nicht verwenden. Ich habe von Blanco einen Brief mit den Kontaktdaten von einem Installateur in Tirol erhalten welcher als eingetragener Servicepartner die Reperatur übernimmt. Leider waren die angegebenen Kontaktdaten nicht korrekt und es war schon mal umständlich den Installateur überhaupt zu erreichen. Als der Installateur ankam hatte er aber leider keine Ersatzteile dabei obwohl Modell und Problem im vorhinein genau geschildert wurden. Auf Nachfrage wann den ungefähr die Ersatzteile kommen (laut 1. Gespräch in 3 Tagen) bekamen wir dann nur genervte antworten ohne das der Gesprächspartner überhaupt wusste um welchen Kunden es sich handelt. Erreichen tut ma jetzt seit mittlerweile 2 Wochen sowieso niemanden mehr. Es macht wirklich keinen Spaß 1 Monat kein Wasser in der Küche zu haben bzw. die Amatur nich richtig nutzen zu können. Disappointed with customer service. Our fitting was leaking and we have not been able to use it for 1 month now. I received a letter from Blanco with the contact details from an installer in Tyrol who, as a registered service partner, will take over the repairs. Unfortunately, the contact details given were not correct and it was difficult to reach the installer at all. Unfortunately, when the fitter arrived he had no spare parts with him, although the model and problem were described in detail in advance. When asked when the spare parts would arrive (according to the first conversation in 3 days) we only got annoyed answers without the conversation partner even knowing which customer it was. No one has reached me for 2 weeks now anyway. It is really no fun not having water in the kitchen for 1 month or not being able to use the appliance properly.

Habe für eine ca. 20 Jahre alte Spüle Ersatzteile benötigt, die Mitarbeiter haben aufgrund eines Fotos sofort gewusst, was für ein Modell ich habe und die benötigten Teile sogar noch bestellen können. Mach 4 Tagen war alles erledigt. Ich kann Blanco einfach nur weiterempfehlen. TOP I don't understand the previous reviews at all. I needed spare parts for a sink that was around 20 years old, the staff immediately knew what model I had based on a photo and they can even order the parts I need. After 4 days everything was done. I can only recommend Blanco. TOP

Aufgrund der freundlichen und ausführlichen Beratung konnte ich meinem Küchenstudio die richtigen Produkte übermitteln. Danke Was in the showroom last week as it was closed longer. Modern design and great products are offered here (especially the soda faucet). Thanks to the friendly and detailed advice I received, I was able to send the right products to my kitchen studio. thanks

Problem wurde schnell gelöst und uns ein neues Ersatzteil zugesendet. Top Service Vielen Dank Went directly to Blanco Austria (1st floor in the office) because of a broken water tap and were greeted very nicely and served quickly.
