Die Kommunikation war stets sehr unkompliziert und es wurde immer rasch geantwortet. Beim ersten Kennenlernen haben sich die beiden Zeit genommen, uns kennenzulernen und uns ihre Arbeit zu präsentieren. Dabei war die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und familiär. Alex hat das Brautstyling übernommen und war auch sehr verständnisvoll und geduldig, was Änderungswünsche betrifft, die ich ihr beim Probetermin mitteilte. Am Hochzeitstag strahlte sie Ruhe aus, was einer Braut unglaublich gut tut. Den Hochzeitstag haben sie gut begleitet, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ganz im Gegenteil dazu verbreiteten sie stets gute Laune. Das Endergebnis ist toll geworden. Wir und unsere Gäste können uns an den tollen Bildern kaum satt sehen. Danke euch beiden! Alex and Jürgen accompanied us on our big day and we are really happy about our choice. Communication was always very straightforward and there was always a quick response. When they first got to know each other, they took the time to get to know us and present their work to us. The atmosphere was very relaxed and familiar. Alex took over the bridal styling and was also very understanding and patient when it came to requests for changes, which I told her during the trial appointment. On the wedding day, she radiated calm, which is incredibly good for a bride. They accompanied the wedding day well without being intrusive. On the contrary, they always spread a good mood. The end result has turned out great. We and our guests can hardly get enough of the great pictures. Thank you both!

Wir haben innerhalb von ein paar Tagen alle Bilder online erhalten und konnten uns so bereits nach kurzer Zeit über die Bilder freuen. The pictures turned out beautiful and our whole family loved it. We received all the pictures online within a few days and were therefore able to look forward to the pictures after a short time. Aufmerksam geworden sind wir auf die beiden wegen dem Digitalen Gästebuch und das die Bridezilla den ganzen Tag von der wundervolle Alex umsorgt wird, um immer perfekt auszusehen ;-) Der erste Kontakt per Mail war sehr entspannt und professionell. Ein spontanes erstes kennenlernen in unserem Hotel inkl. Probeschminken und Strecken am nächsten Tag habe die beiden uns trotz der wenigen Zeit ermöglichen können. Neben den sehr wertvollen Tipps für die weitere Verbreitung und für den Hochzeitstag selbst haben wir dank Ihnen auch eine wundervolle Bäckerin empfohlen bekommen. Dank Ihren Tipps war ich am Hochzeitstag selbst total entspannt und konnte Ihn in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Frisur und das Makeup von Alex war Top - ich war sehr positiv überrascht was sie aus mir gezaubert hat und das es wirklich bis am nächsten Morgen um halb 4 gehalten hat. Die Bilder sind einfach nur wunder wunderschön!! Für den Firstlook und die Bilder sind die beiden am Vortag extra nochmal nach Schönbrunn gefahren. Jürgen nimmt sich Zeit, hinterfragt, geht auf Wünsche ein und lässt wundervolle Bilder für die Ewigkeit entstehen. Unserer Video vom Tag und das Digitale Gästebuch ist das i-Tüpfelchen zu dem Gesamtpaket. Von unserer Seite daher ein ganz großes Danke nochmal und eine klare Empfehlung! Exactly 8 months ago today, Alex and Jürgen accompanied us on our wonderful wedding day in / through Vienna :-D Due to Corona, our actual wedding was canceled, so that we from Germany planned our wedding in Vienna within 6 weeks. We became aware of the two because of the digital guest book and that the Bridezilla is looked after all day by the wonderful Alex to always look perfect ;-) The first contact by email was very relaxed and professional. Despite the limited time, the two of them were able to give us a spontaneous first meeting in our hotel including test make-up and stretches the next day. In addition to the very valuable tips for further distribution and for the wedding day itself, thanks to you, we also received a wonderful baker recommended. Thanks to your tips, I was totally relaxed on the wedding day and could enjoy it to the fullest. Alex's hairstyle and makeup were great - I was very pleasantly surprised at what she conjured out of me and that it really lasted until 3:30 the next morning. The pictures are just wonderful! For the first look and the pictures, the two of them drove back to Schönbrunn the day before. Jürgen takes his time, questions, responds to wishes and creates wonderful images for eternity. Our video of the day and the digital guest book are the icing on the cake for the overall package. From our side, therefore, a very big thank you again and a clear recommendation!
