★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht mal die Besitzer (hansi und Heidi) können sich mit Gästen auf Englisch unterhalten. Außerdem hab ich schon oft ABGELAUFENE Lebensmittel dort gesehen!!!
Ich rate den Kunden allgemein auch bei der waschanlage aufzupassen und genau ihr Ticket zu prüfen. Die Chefin (kurze blonde Haare) verwechselt regelmäßig die waschbons und dann zahlt man viel mehr als eigentlich notwendig!
 Not even the owners (Hansi and Heidi) can speak to guests in English. I've also seen expired groceries there many times !!!
I generally advise the customer to pay attention to the car wash and to check their ticket carefully. The boss (short blonde hair) regularly confuses the washing receipts and then you pay a lot more than is actually necessary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich und auch Freunde von mir haben dort jetzt öfters abgelaufene Lebensmittel bekommen... mir wurden auch schon oft teurere Wäschen verrechnet als dann durchgeführt!!
Deshalb lieber nicht die geldgeilen Besitzer (Hansi) unterstützen.
I and friends of mine have now often received expired groceries ... I have often been charged more expensive washes than then done !!
Therefore it is better not to support the money-hungry owners (Hansi).

Bin schon seit 2019 Stammgast und wirklich mega zufrieden mit dieser Tankstelle. Der Neubau hebt das Gesamtbild ebenfalls stark hervor. Das Beste Angebot: DER NEUE SHELL KAFFEE-SAMMELPASS bei dem jeder 6. Kaffee gratis ist.
Friendly staff, top car wash and the BEST coffee in all of Bad Gastein can only be found here at Shell in Bad Gastein. I've been a regular since 2019 and I'm really happy with this gas station. The new building also emphasizes the overall picture. The best offer: THE NEW SHELL COFFEE COLLECTION PASS where every 6th coffee is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Team, angefangen von den Chefs bis hin zu jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundliche und rasche Bedienung. Ausführliche Autowäsche in der neuen Kärcher-Waschstraße möglich, beim Trocknen ist sie für meinen Geschmack etwas zu "schludrig". Neu renovierte bzw. gebaute Tankstelle mit neuem Shop. Den engen Raum mitten im Zentrum hat man optimal genutzt, leider gibt es deswegen (also wegen des begrenzten Raums) allerdings wenig Parkplätze für den schnellen Shopbesuch oder als Wartefläche für die Autowäsche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, but very unpleasant (annoyed) staff, it looked like a problem only with making 2 coffees (at automat) and sell 2 buns and all paid with card, maybe problem too... Visited: 8.7.2017 afternoon.
