Ich musste insgesamt 3 Euro bezahlen, um den Innenraum von meinem Auto halbwegs sauber zu bekommen, da diese Düse den Schmutz nicht effizient wegsaugt. Weiters ist diese blonde, dickliche Mitarbeiterin mit ihrem knappen Ton nicht unbedingt kundenfreundlich! The suction system is a cheek! I had to pay a total of 3 euros to get the interior of my car reasonably clean, since this nozzle does not suck the dirt away efficiently. Furthermore, this blonde, plump employee with her tight tone is not necessarily customer-friendly!

Leider ließ die Freundlichkeit der blonden Mitarbeiterin zu wünschen übrig. Als ich rein ging, Münzen für den Staubsauger-Automaten zu wechseln, bekam ich von ihr im deutlichen Tonfall zur Antwort, sie könne nicht, sie habe ein Kassen-System. Als mein Lebensgefährte reinging und Münzen wechseln wollte, tat sie dies einfach so, wie er mir erzählte. SIe ist sicher für eine Tankstelle in der Nacht resolut genug im Auftreten, aber am Sonntag und am hellen Tag kommen freundliche Kunden, die auch als solche erkannt und behandelt werden möchten. Wir kommen nur mehr im Notfall zum Tanken - wegen sonst nichts mehr. My partner and I were very happy when we saw the result of the Perfect Shine car wash program. The car now looks like new. Unfortunately the friendliness of the blonde employee left something to be desired. When I went in to change coins for the vacuum cleaner machine, I got a clear answer from her that she couldn't, that she had a cash register system. When my partner went in and wanted to change coins, she just did as he told me. You are certainly resolute enough for a petrol station at night, but friendly customers come on Sunday and bright day, who also want to be recognized and treated as such. We only come to refuel in an emergency - because of nothing else.
M	Mario S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25min vor Ladenschluss wurde mir die Benutzung der Waschanlage verweigert, mit der Begründung dass die Wäsche länger dauert, obwohl ich die kleinste Autowäsche nehmen wollte. Des weiteren sind die Wachsanlagenzeiten bis Ladenschluss direkt neben der Mitarbeiterin ausgeschildert. 25min before closing time I was denied the use of the car wash, on the grounds that the laundry takes longer, although I wanted to take the smallest car wash. Furthermore, the waxing times are signposted right up to the shop close to the employee.

Nun erklärte man uns zum ersten Mal man brauche dafür den Ursprungsbeleg von vor 4 Jahren, sonst würde man uns kein Gas mehr verkaufen?!?! Nie wieder diese Tankstelle. Service, Freundlichkeit,... gleich 0. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!!!! Bought our gas for our grill there for 4 years. Now they told us for the first time that the original receipt from 4 years ago was needed, otherwise they would no longer sell us gas?!?! Never again that gas station. Service, friendliness, ... equal to 0. One star is still too many !!!!
M	Mario Biebl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schwach das nicht ein 200 Euro Schein angenommen wird bzw ihr den nicht prüfen könnt , echt lächerlich gespannt was Shell Österreich dazu ?‍♂️ Very weak that a 200 Euro bill is not accepted or you cannot check it, really ridiculously curious what Shell Austria about it ?‍♂️
F	Florin Popescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 2 Monate von waschanlage schaden ,die ganze auto voll zerkratzt mit dem alubruste und genug Beweise ist doch nichts geworden. Auto wasch nie wieder da,und draußen gibt's immer keine Mittel drinnen in waschanlage. Also man wäscht nur mit Wasser das auto. After 2 months of car wash damage, the whole car was completely scratched with the aluminum breast and enough evidence was still nothing. Never wash your car there again, and outside there is always no product in the car wash. So you only wash the car with water.
