K	Kimberly Kopp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Bedinung! War heute am 22.07 um ca 12:30 das erste mal dort und das war wahrscheinlich auch das letzte mal. Habe über 50€ Diesel getankt und als ich dann nach dem bezahlen einen Gutschein für einen Kaffee einlösen wollte (von deren App) wusste die Dame nichtmal das es sowas gibt. Ich meinte sie müsste ja nur Versuchen den Barcode zu scannen? Das würde sie aber DEFINITIV nicht machen, da sie keine Ahnung hat und den Kaffee nicht am Ende selber bezahlen will. Daraufhin fragte ich (immer noch sehr höflich) ob sie denn bei jemandem nachzufragen könnte, als Antwort kam nur ein patziges: „Am Sonntag ruf ich fix niemanden an wegen einem Kaffee“ wow das nenn ich mal Kundenservice - Shell! Und noch dazu verschwindet der Gutschein innerhalb 10 Minuten nach dem öffnen. Die Kundenkarte die ich heute gemacht habe kommt definitiv in den Müll - mich seht ihr da bestimmt nicht wieder! Very unfriendly conditions! Was there for the first time today on July 22nd at 12:30 pm and that was probably the last time. I filled up over € 50 diesel and when I wanted to redeem a voucher for a coffee after paying (from their app) the lady didn't even know that there was something like that. I mean you just have to try to scan the barcode? But she DEFINITELY wouldn't do that because she has no idea and doesn't want to pay for the coffee herself in the end. Then I asked (still very politely) if she could ask someone, the only answer was a snotty answer: “On Sunday I won't call anyone for a coffee” wow that's what I call customer service - Shell! In addition, the voucher disappears within 10 minutes after opening. The customer card I made today will definitely be thrown in the trash - you won't see me there again!
M	Marcel Palz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 01.10. 2020 mein Auto in der Waschanlage gewaschen. Die Bürste ist im hinteren Bereich hängen geblieben, wodurch mein Auto einen Schaden davon getragen hat. Da man keine Rezession ohne Sterne vergeben kann muss ich wohl oder übel einen Stern hinterlassen. Die Versicherung wo die Shell-Tankstelle versichert ist, übernimmt den Schaden auch nicht. Desweiteren ist die Chefin am Telefon sehr unfreundlich. Ich werde mich hüten, diese Shell - Tankstelle zu meiden. On October 1st In 2020 my car was washed in the car wash. The brush got stuck in the back, which damaged my car. Since you can't give a recession without a star, I have to leave a star for better or worse. The insurance company where the Shell petrol station is insured does not cover the damage either. Furthermore, the boss on the phone is very unfriendly. I will be careful not to avoid this Shell gas station.
M	Max C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto in Waschanlage beschädigt!!! Ich haben am 4.11.2021 mein nagelneues Fahrzeug in dieser Waschanlage und zum ersten Mal überhaupt gewaschen. Mein Wagen wurde dabei durch 2 tiefe Kratzer beschädigt, was ich direkt danach, noch in der Anlage feststellte und dem Personal meldete. Eindeutig vom Waschvorgang entstanden und auch laut Aussage des Personals, dass dies nicht das erste Mal passiert ist, ist der Betreiber trotzdem uneinsichtig und seine Versicherung will für den Schaden nicht aufkommen. Eine echte Frechheit, zumal ich seit über 3 Jahren fast wöchentlich dort getankt und mein Auto mit der teuersten Wäsche gereinigt habe. Ich komme bestimmt nie mehr wieder hierher!!! Car damaged in car wash !!! On November 4th, 2021 I washed my brand new vehicle in this car wash and for the first time ever. My car was damaged by 2 deep scratches, which I noticed immediately afterwards, still in the system, and reported to the staff. Clearly a result of the washing process and according to the staff that this did not happen for the first time, the operator is nonetheless unreasonable and his insurance does not want to pay for the damage. A real cheek, especially since I have refueled there almost every week for over 3 years and cleaned my car with the most expensive laundry. I will definitely never come back here again !!!
