★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophaler Kundenservice! Ich glaube noch schlechter ist so gut wie nicht möglich. Am Telefon ist ebenfalls niemand erreichbar da ständig ein Tonband läuft. Leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen.
Catastrophic customer service! I think even worse is as good as not possible. On the phone, no one is reachable because a tape is constantly running. Unfortunately not recommended anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast alle Firmen in denen ich tätig war die letzten 30 Jahre verwenden SHARP Drucker - die Drucker sind immens langlebig (meisten langlebiger als SHARP Ersatzteile produziert) und halten viel aus. Der Kundendienst war bisher immer flott und nahm sich auch immer Zeit für Erklärungen und weitere Reparaturen sollten seit dem Melden noch weitere dazu gekommen sein.
Soweit keine Gründe für Beschwerden.
Almost all companies I've worked for over the past 30 years use SHARP printers - the printers are immensely durable (most of them more durable than SHARP spare parts produced) and can withstand a lot. The customer service has always been brisk and always took time for explanations and further repairs should have been added since the report.
So far no reasons for complaints.

Von Druckern über Notebooks zu "Digiflips" ist alles zu finden und zu testen.
