k	karl ludwig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, gelangweiltes Personal. Kein Wunder wenn man verwöhnte Hipster als Verkäufer beschäftigt. Das Geschäft allgemein ein ziemlicher Reinfall. Gebrauchte Ware wird neu verpackt und mit Beschädigungen an den Kunden verkauft. Bei Reklamation wird man belogen. Außerdem extrem überteuert. Wenn man es sich als Unternehmer leisten kann Kunden zu vergraluen dann soll es so sein. Werde nicht mehr dort einkaufen. Very bad customer service, bored staff. No wonder when you employ spoiled hipsters as salespeople. The business in general is quite a letdown. Used goods are repackaged and sold to the customer with damage. If you complain, you will be lied to. Also extremely overpriced. If an entrepreneur can afford to gray customers, then so be it. Won't be shopping there anymore.
