Bei Sepin wurde ihr dann eine Bort Daumenorthese (mit Schiene) gegeben. Diese kostet € 51,60. Es wurde der Selbstbehalt von € 34,80 kassiert und das war es vorläufig. Von der Fa. Sepin wurde dann brieflich Kontakt gesucht und dann wurde im Geschäft erklärt, dass für diese Daumenorthese eine Facharztverordnung nötig sei. Auf die Frage warum denn nicht die verordnete Bandage ausgefolgt wurde, erklärte man, dass man diese nicht im Sortiment habe.Wir haben auf einen Facharztbesuch verzichtet und den Restbetrag von € 16,80 für die nicht passende Daumenorthese mit e-banking überwiesen. Sepin nie wieder - keine Beratung und kein Entgegenkommen und nur Laufereien und Kosten. For my wife, a wrist bandage with thumb closure was prescribed by the family doctor. At Sepin she was then given a Bort thumb orthosis (with splint). This costs € 51.60. The deductible of € 34.80 was collected and that was provisional. Sepin was then contacted by letter and then it was explained in the shop that a specialist prescription was necessary for this thumb orthosis. On the question of why not the prescribed bandage was done, they said that they are not in the assortment. We have waived a specialist visit and the remaining amount of € 16,80 for the non-matching thumb orthosis with e-banking. Sepin never again - no advice and no concessions and only fuss and expense.
