Der erste Termin ist knapp eine Woche zuvor vereinbart worden, als wir jedoch 10min vor der vereinbaten Zeit die Ordinatiin telefonisch kontaktierten wurde uns spontan auf grund eines Krankenstandes abgesagt. Das selbe passierte eine woche später erneut. Ich hätte mir eine Zeitgerrechte absage gewünscht. ( Bspw. einen Tag vorher um meine Zeit nicht verschwenden zu müssen)!

Even the appointment failed.
The first appointment was arranged almost a week in advance, but when we contacted the ordination by phone 10 minutes before the agreed time, we were spontaneously canceled due to illness. The same thing happened again a week later. I would have liked a more timely cancellation. (E.g. a day before to not have to waste my time)!
