S	San Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiotec hat uns einen PC90 mit integriertem Thermostat verkauft. KAUFEN SIE DIESEN OFEN NICHT! Er hat von Anfang an nicht richtig funktioniert, die Saunatemperatur erreicht nicht mehr als 65°C: Auch bei Maximaleinstellung heizt der Ofen nur sporadisch, zumeist (ca. 3/4 der Zeit) ist die Heizung inaktiv. Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit ist das Thermostat zu nah an den Heizelementen verbaut, so dass das Thermostat zu schnell Überhitzung meldet und die Heizleistung nicht in vollem Umfang genutzt werden kann. Das Serviceteam von Sentiotec ist telefonisch und per Email nur sehr schwer zu erreichen. Nach Monaten (!), in denen wir mühsam widerlegt mussten, dass eine angeblich falsche Aufschichtung der Steine, eine fehlerhafte Dimension der Saunakabine oder eine mangelnde Belüftung Grund für die Fehlfunktion des Ofens sind, zieht sich Sentiotec nun auf das Argument zurück, dass ja eine Mindesttemperatur gar nicht garantiert sei. Garantieansprüche, Kundenservice - Fehlanzeige. Sentiotec sold us a PC90 with an integrated thermostat. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN! It did not work properly from the start, the sauna temperature does not exceed 65 ° C: Even at the maximum setting, the stove only heats sporadically, mostly (approx. 3/4 of the time) the heating is inactive. It is very likely that the thermostat is installed too close to the heating elements, so that the thermostat reports overheating too quickly and the heating output cannot be used to the full. The Sentiotec service team is very difficult to reach by phone or email. After months (!) In which we had to laboriously refute that an allegedly incorrect layering of the stones, incorrect dimensions of the sauna cabin or insufficient ventilation are the reason for the malfunction of the stove, Sentiotec now relies on the argument that yes Minimum temperature is not guaranteed at all. Guarantee claims, customer service - nonexistent.
