Die Arbeitsstimmung ist miserabel.
Die sogenannten "Meister" gehen fahrlässig mit ihren Kompetenzen um und haben keine Scheu anhand fehlender Sympathie bestimmte Mitarbeiter u.U. kündigen zu lassen. Arbeitsklima dementsprechend. Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit so gut wie nicht vorhanden. (zumindest in der Produktion.)
No respect on the part of the superiors for the workers.
The mood at work is miserable.
The so-called "masters" are negligent in dealing with their skills and may not be shy about certain employees due to a lack of sympathy. to let notice. Working atmosphere accordingly. Staff friendliness almost non-existent. (at least in production.)
