★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Pflegeheim besonders die Dreiländereck Gruppe meine mutter war auf kurzzeit pflege bei ihnen im haus und wir sind äußerst zufrieden sehr nette Pflegerinen und pfleger würde ihr Haus Weiterempfehlen! ???
Very nice nursing home, especially the Dreiländereck group. My mother was in your house for a short time and we are extremely satisfied. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hört man nichts gutes und einige haben anscheinend den Beruf falsch gewählt. SAUBERKEIT: ? außer es kommt Kontrolle - da wird fleißig geputzt (normal sollte eine Kontrolle ohne Termin/Vorwahnung stattfinden!!!
FREUNDLICHKEIT: naja daran kann das Personal noch arbeiten und sich vielleicht mal Gedanken machen wie sie behandelt werden möchten wenn sie älter sind. Ein, zwei Ausnahmen gibt es aber das ist in diesen Beruf einfach zuwenig.
Wünsche niemanden was schlechtes aber einigen wünsche ich das sie dann genau solche Hilfe bekommen wie sie selber sind.
Zum Abschluss noch- die Anlage mal etwas auf den neueren Stand bringen. Teilweise echt unzumutbar.

Unfortunately, you don't hear anything good and some seem to have chosen the wrong profession. CLEANLINESS: ? unless there is a check - there is diligent cleaning (normally a check should take place without an appointment / premonition !!!
FRIENDLINESS: Well, the staff can still work on that and maybe think about how they would like to be treated when they are older. There are one or two exceptions, but that is simply not enough in this profession.
I don't wish anyone something bad, but I wish for some that they then get exactly the help they are themselves.
Finally, bring the system up to date. Sometimes really unreasonable.
