Super Training, durch fachlich kompetente Lehrer, in dem auch immer wieder reale, alltäglich vorkommende Situationen besprochen und geübt werden. Auch auf die rechtliche Lage und auch ganz wichtig, die Prävention, wird eingegangen. Bei Kung-Fu Gymnastik und Chi-Gong, kann man, soweit man in der Lage ist und möchte, den Puls in die Höhe bringen und danach entspannen. Alles in allem lehrreich, abwechslungsreich und wie ich finde, gar nicht teuer. Ich freue mich jedesmal auf das Training. Pleasant atmosphere. Super training, by professionally competent teachers, in which also real, everyday situations are discussed and practiced again and again. Also the legal situation and also very important, the prevention, is received. With kung-fu gymnastics and chi-gong, as far as one is able and willing, one can raise the pulse and then relax. All in all instructive, varied and I think, not at all expensive. I am always looking forward to the training.
