 Top equipped gym and very nice coach! The other participants also give you the feeling you've always heard from the first minute! Can I only recommend getting fit and learning self-defense ??

My daughter Lisa loves going there. She can work out and learn to defend herself. The supervisors / teachers are all super nice, friendly and motivating.
