Nachdem ich zwei Wochen später noch immer nichts gehört hatte, habe ich angerufen, worauf mir wiederum versichert wurde, dass man den Bügel demnächst bestellen würde und mir nicht mehr Auskunft geben könne. Ich habe seither keinerlei Anruf erhalten und meine Anrufe werden nicht beantwortet. Für die Art von Kommunikation sollte es eigentlich null Sterne geben. I came to the branch in person about five weeks ago with a concern (broken hanger) and was assured that the hanger would be reordered for me. Two weeks later, after I still hadn't heard anything, I called, whereupon I was assured that the hanger would be ordered soon and that no more information could be given to me. I haven't received a call since then and my calls are not being answered. There should be zero stars for the type of communication.
