P	Patrick Greimeister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe nicht gerne negative Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall war ich schon sehr verärgert. Wir waren zusammen am 1. Weihnachtssamstag (1.12.2018) um ungefähr 11:30 in der Filiale und wollten eine neue Brille für mich aussuchen. Wir wurden dann auch schnell fündig und fragten den Mitarbeiter ob wir nun die Sehstärke bestimmen könnten um dann die Brille zu bestellen. Dieser hat aber leider gesagt das er um 12:00 Uhr gehen würde und dann nur mehr seine Kollegin da sein würde und wir einen Termin für einen anderen Zeitpunkt machen sollten. Wir haben zwar diesen bestimmt sind aber dann gleich zur Pearle Filiale auf der Mariahilfer Straße gefahren wo wir bestens versorgt worden sind. Zum Glück habe ich dann dort auch den gleichen Rahmen bekommen können. Diese Filiale werde ich dank dieser einen Erfahrung in der Zukunft eher meiden. (Zwei Sterne auch nur weil ich mit Pearle generell sehr zufrieden bin und andere Filialen ihre Arbeit sehr sorgfältig und präzise ausführen). I don't like to write negative reviews, but in this case I was really upset. We were together on Christmas Saturday (December 1st, 2018) at around 11:30 am in the branch and wanted to choose new glasses for me. We quickly found what we were looking for and asked the employee if we could now determine the prescription and then order the glasses. Unfortunately, he said that he would leave at 12:00 noon and then only his colleague would be there and that we should make an appointment for another time. Although we determined this, we drove straight to the Pearle branch on Mariahilfer Straße where we were well looked after. Fortunately, I was able to get the same frame there. Thanks to this one experience, I will rather avoid this branch in the future. (Two stars only because I am generally very satisfied with Pearle and other branches carry out their work very carefully and precisely).

Auf meine Optische Sonnenbrille, wo mein Spezialwunsch kein einfacher war, habe ich knapp 10 tage gewartet! TOP! Ich bin super zufrieden und über glücklich :) Danke! Super nice and capable staff! On request, (almost) every model / brand can be ordered quickly and quickly. I waited almost 10 days for my optical sunglasses, where my special request was not an easy one! TOP! I'm super satisfied and happy :) Thank you!

Wiederum ein Mann der anscheinend Chef in der Filiale ist, hat die Mitarbeiterin mehrmals von mir, als Kunden abgelenkt, um andere Sachen mit ihr abzuklären, während ich eine Beratung notwendig hatte. The employees who introduced themselves as camellias were very nice, competent and made suitable suggestions. Again a man who is apparently the boss in the branch, has repeatedly distracted the employee from me as a customer in order to clarify other matters with her while I needed a consultation.
