Y	Yve Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativ: Ich habe zwei Tage vor Antritt der Buchung angerufen und gefragt ab wann wir das Zimmer beziehen können. Die Antwort des Persolan’s war ab 12 Uhr Mittag. Um 14 Uhr war das Zimmer immer noch nicht bezugsfertig und die Antwort von der (vermutlichen) Chefin war lediglich der Gast hat das Zimmer noch bis 15 Uhr verlängert. Dies wurde uns davor nicht mitgeteilt. Beziehen konnten wir das Zimmer erst ab15:30. Was wir persönlich für ein sogenanntes 4Sterne Hotel eine absolute Frechheit empfinden, Gäste so lange auf sein reserviertes Zimmer warten zu lassen. Es kam auch keinerlei Entschädigung von Seiten des Hotels für die lange Wartezeit. Wir haben während der Wartezeit zwei Getränke bestellen, selbst die wollte die Chefin dann am Tag der Abreise abkassieren. Erst nach einer Diskussion, wo die Dame sehr unhöflich reagiert hat, wurden die zwei Kaffe auf Haus geschrieben. In anderen Hotels, erhält man für Fehler seitens des Managements wenigstens eine kleine Entschädigung. Hier wartet man vergebens, wenn man sich nicht selber dafür einsetzt. Positiv: Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Bei dem hervorragendem Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das übrige Personal war sehr freundlich und arbeitete ausgezeichnet. Negative: I called two days before the start of the booking and asked when we could move into the room. Persolan's answer was from 12 noon. At 2 p.m. the room was still not ready for occupancy and the answer from the (presumed) boss was only the guest extended the room to 3 p.m. We were not informed of this before. We could only move into the room from 3:30 p.m. What we personally find an absolute cheek for a so-called 4-star hotel to let guests wait so long for their reserved room. There was also no compensation from the hotel for the long waiting time. While we were waiting, we ordered two drinks, which the boss even wanted to collect on the day of departure. Only after a discussion, where the lady reacted very impolite, were the two coffees written home. In other hotels, you get at least a small compensation for mistakes on the part of the management. You wait here in vain if you don't do it yourself. Positive: The room was very large and had a great view. The excellent breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The rest of the staff was very friendly and did an excellent job.

Einfach genial und das Frühstück lässt ohnehin keinen Zweifel offen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! The website promises what the Schlosshotel delivers. A wonderful house in a romantic location in its own park. Simply brilliant and the breakfast leaves no doubt anyway. Thank you for the hospitality!

Everything is immaculate on the property; the rooms, common areas, landscaping, and the Lake! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Be sure not to miss Frühstück in the morning!
