Prezzi troppo alti, climatizzatore a parte x 10 euro al giorno, mi sembra una follia visto che la cameretta è stata pagato 160 euro la notte. Colazione anche quella a parte x 9 euro a testa! Noi l abbiamo fatta ma non ci avevano detto che non era compresa! Non so se ritornerei... Recently renovated building, nice and clean rooms. Prices too high, air conditioner separately x 10 euros a day, it seems crazy since the bedroom was paid 160 euros a night. Breakfast also the separate one x 9 euros each! We did it but they didn't tell us it wasn't included! I don't know if I would come back ...
Z	Z3V3X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer waren recht modern eingerichtet. Dafür war das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche, baulich nicht sehr gut umgesetzt. Nach jeder Benutzung "schwamm" das Badezimmer und es war alles sehr klein und kompakt. Das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber. Im Bad waren noch Haare von den Vormietern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmerreservierung bzw. -Bezahlung unbürokratisch. Die Lage war dafür top. In 5 Gehminuten gelangte man ins Zentrum. The rooms were quite modern. But the bathroom or the shower, structurally not very well implemented. The bathroom "swam" after each use and everything was very small and compact. The room was unfortunately not completely clean. There was still hair from the previous tenants in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly, the room reservation and payment was unbureaucratic. The location was great. The center was a 5-minute walk away.
c	cool sun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel sehr notdürftig renoviert. Bei Anreise war das Zimmer noch nicht mal fertig (bettzeug fehlte). In den Lampen hingen übern bett Dicke Spinnweben. Ein mini Bad für ein 4 Personen Zimmer, und dann waren 2 Dusch Tücher für 4 Personen, ähm ja ich könnte ewig weiter schreiben, wie der nicht feste WC Deckel oder das die duschtücher den ganzen Urlaub über reichen mussten da keine neuen gebracht wurden, kann daran liegen das nur der Mülleimer und Bett gemacht wird vom Zimmer Dienst. ?‍♀️ ist Zentrumsnah und es existiert ein Pool, damit ich noch was gutes dazu sage. Hotel very poorly renovated. On arrival the room wasn't even ready (sheets were missing). Thick cobwebs hung over the bed in the lamps. A mini bathroom for a 4 person room, and then there were 2 shower towels for 4 people, uh, I could go on writing forever, like the toilet lid that was not fixed or that the shower towels had to last for the whole holiday because no new ones were brought because only the trash can and bed are made by the room service. ?‍♀️ is close to the center and there is a pool, so I can say something good about it.

Wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, konnte man sie jederzeit über das Mobiltelefon erreichen! Nach der Frage wo wir unsere e-bikes abstellen können, wurde uns die Möglichkeit in der Garage geboten! Zimmer sehr sauber, modern - es fehlt an nichts! Lage, Zentral und trotzdem ruhig! Alles Top - wir kommen wieder! Alina the owner is very friendly, helpful and accommodating! If the reception was not manned, you could always reach them on the mobile phone! After the question where we can park our e-bikes, we were offered the opportunity in the garage! Room very clean, modern - nothing is missing! Location, central and still quiet! Everything was great - we'll be back!

Nur dieses Mal war einfach Katastrophe, das Zimmer aber hauptsächlich das Badezimmer war schmutzig, inklusive Haare in der Dusche der Vorgänger. Auch nach mehrmaliger Reklamation und putzen der Putzfrau war es noch immer dreckig. Die Hotelgäste waren diesmal auch mitten in der nach unerträglich laut, wir konnten 5 Stunden lang nicht schlafen. Dafür kann natürlich das hotel nichts. We have been there a couple of times and everything has always worked out. Only this time it was a disaster, the room but mainly the bathroom was dirty, including hair in the shower of the previous one. Even after several complaints and cleaning the cleaning lady, it was still dirty. This time the hotel guests were also in the middle of the unbearably loud, we couldn't sleep for 5 hours. Of course, the hotel can't help that.

A	Amanda Ly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This room is super cozy and cutely decorated. There is a spacious balcony. The mattress is SO COMFORTABLE. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the city! Street is quiet so very peaceful stay. The owner of the hotel is super friendly, sweet, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room cleaning experience was AWFUL. We left the sign on our door to please clean. We returned at 10 pm and it had not been touched. We asked the woman working at the front (not the owner, someone else) to clean as requested. She didn't speak German OR English, and rudely yelled at us. She grumpily agreed to clean the room while we left, but we returned she had hastily thrown two face towels on the floor, and done NOTHING else. No shower towels, no clean sheets, bed was unmade, floor unclean, and she acted like we were inconveniencing for us asking for something we paid for... For this reason, I gave the hotel only 4 stars. The owner is great and everything else was good, but the elder woman who cannot communicate in any language that is commonly spoken should not be working there. She was very unprofessional and really negatively affected our experience.
