Excellent place, delicious food, friendly staff, great massage. Also try the restaurant next door!

The owner is a great guy, fun to be with. The food and service is really good. I must say the incredable views added something special to the whole experience.

I’m extremely disappointed after my weekend visit. I’ve been a regular customer over the last four years, even throwing my wedding reception at the park next to the hotel last year, but my impression has completely soured after this last experience. I retract every recommendation I’ve given to friends. The view is lovely, sure, and the new sauna is great, but the hotel management does not care about its customers. There was a terrible virus going around, which we got ill from, but that wasn’t the beginning. We were given a disgusting room with carpet stains upon check in, which overlooked a wedding reception that went on well past midnight. While violently sick in the room we had to listen to Spice Girls at full volume. Upon complaint, we were given a different room to sleep in which was less loud, and greatly appreciated, but the inconvenience was never acknowledged and we are still sick. I wasted my time and money. It was a terrible weekend. Have you ever read Haunted by Chuck Palahniuk? It felt like that. AND, since I’m complaining anyway I should add, last year for my wedding reception, I asked repeatedly for price quotes for the reception food and drinks. It was never provided. I asked again, no quote. We ran out of time. The reception happened and you did whatever you wanted. Only came a bill. Who does that? You can take advantage of all the other suckers but I won’t be back to appreciate your awful hospitality.

Probably the worst massage I’ve ever experienced in my life, oil massage with plastic gloves on, so it felt like someone was softly rubbing you with a condom on. The masseuse was not even putting effort in massaging, just oiling. The worst 65€ spent in my life. We stayed in the room of the anex building, which was fine for the price (100€/night) but no hotel cleaning in 6 days, definitely not a service of **** hotel. The hotel staff was also very annoyed with any questions we raised, really bad service!Would only recommend to visit the spa - which was really nice and had a great view.

The location is super with a mesmerizing view over the lake and the mountain Traunstein. The location is in the sun from the morning till evening, so just perfect! I stayed in a “Mini See Suite” and the room deco is OK, but nothing outstanding compared to the price, but the view and the private access to a bathing zone is just everything. The installations could be improved in order to get the value of the price you pay for. The SPA is cute, nice view again, very cosy but small. We had dinner in the “Boothaus” restaurant and food was very good and great service.

Sehr traun, viel zu see-hen Jokes aside, stunning views, excellent food, comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff who were very helpful to send me something I had forgotten in my room.

excellent hotel! but there is one small annoying detail, no English menu, no English information in the spa, in the room, in the whole hotel in general. If you do not know German, you will not understand anything :( I hope that when we come back here in some time it will change - because we will definitely come! I cannot forget about the most important thing - a DELICIOUS restaurant!

Very nice hotel right next to the lake with awesome view of the lake itself and surrounding mountains. The hotel is medium-sized thus quiet and not crowded for breakfast or dinner. Breakfast offers nearly anything you can imagine, food is always fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant (Boothaus) is famous for its delicious food made from local ingredients and fused in unusual ways. Reservation is a must.
