Der Grund hierfür ist das der Techniker meinte wir sollen die Alarmanlage noch nicht anschließen weil wir im Laufe der Fertigstellung des Hauses oft den Strom und an und ausmachen mussten. Damit es zu keinen weiteren Kosten kommt meinte er es ist alles fertig, unser Elektriker solle nur die Batterie anschließen. Als das der Elektriker tun wollte mussten wir feststellen das mehrere Anschlüsse nicht durchgeführt wurde. Was dazu führte das wieder wer, kostenpflichtig, von der Firma Security Access kommen musste. Im Unternehmen selbst fand man kein Verständnis dafür. Alarm system private house: We can not recommend the company. The reason for this is that the technician said we should not connect the alarm system because we often had to turn off the electricity and on and off in the course of the completion of the house. So that it comes to no further costs he said it is all ready, our electrician should only connect the battery. As the electrician wanted to do we had to realize that several connections were not carried out. What led to this again, who had to pay, came from the company Security Access. In the company itself, no understanding was found.
O	Olaf Wittig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es verlief alles problemlos. Vorherige Beratung erfolgte telefonisch, allerdings erst auf Nachfrage. Eine direkte Vorortberatung fand leider im Vorfeld nicht statt. Darum nur 4 Sterne. Die Umsetzung vor Ort war sehr gut und auch die Beratung dazu. Bisher funktioniert alles wie gewünscht, wir mussten nichts nachjustuieren o.ä. Everything went smoothly. Prior advice was given by phone, but only on request. Unfortunately, there was no direct on-site consultation in advance. So only 4 stars. The implementation on site was very good and so was the advice on it. So far everything works as desired, we didn't have to readjust anything or the like.

Termine wurden immer eingehalten. Wenn man Fragen oder Probleme mit der Anlage hat, ruft man einfach an und die MitarbeiterInnen kümmern sich freundlich und verlässlich um das jeweilige Anliegen.
