★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn's irgendwie machbar ist wird einen schnell und unbürokratisch geholfen!!! Bin heute wegen ein Schnee und Sturmschaden am Edscha Verdeck durch Zufall vorbeikommen. Mir wurde gesagt das ich kurz warten müsste ,aber das mir schnellstmöglich geholfen wird!!!!! Ich konnte nicht einmal meine Wurstsemmel genießen, da wurde ich schon gebeten in die Werkstatt zufahren !!! Ich glaube mehr muß man über Kundenservice nicht sagen! Danke
If it is somehow feasible will help you quickly and unbureaucratically !!! Today I came by chance because of a snow and storm damage on Edscha top. I was told that I would have to wait a short time, but that I will be helped as soon as possible !!!!! I could not even enjoy my sausage roll, because I was already asked to drive into the workshop! I do not think you have to say more about customer service! Thank you

Kompetent und professionell.
Ich hatte in München einen Lagerschaden am Auflieger, musste 120 km anreisen, da andere Werkstätten (!) nicht in der Lage waren den Schaden zu reparieren.
Nicht so in Kramsach!
Achse komplett ausgebaut, Achsschenkel gewechselt, Buchsen und Bolzen erneuert usw.
Morgens in die Werkstatt, abends war der Auflieger wieder flott!
Grosses Lob an die Werkstatt und an die Mechaniker!
Definitely one of the best workshops I've ever been to.
Competent and professional.
I had a bearing damage on the trailer in Munich, had to travel 120 km because other workshops (!) Were not able to repair the damage.
Not so in Kramsach!
Axle completely removed, steering knuckle replaced, bushings and bolts renewed, etc.
In the morning to the workshop, in the evening the trailer was up and running again!
Big compliments to the workshop and the mechanics!
