★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, wir haben über Schwarzataler eine Wohnung in Neunkirchen gekauft. Jedoch hat der Mieter oberhalb unserer Wohnung am Balkon einen Schaden. Daher regnet es bei uns kurz gefasst rein bzw. haben wir einen undichten Balkon, welcher mit Fenstern verkleidet ist. Daher können wir im Winter oder wenn es draußen regnet den Balkon gar nicht nutzen. Zudem ist auch natürlich unser Laminatboden am Balkon aufgewölbt durch den Schaden. Jetzt kommen wir zum Highlight- Schwarzateler (natürlich die Hausverwaltung und auch für uns zuständig), gibt es der Versicherung weiter, wir warten seit 3 Monaten auf eine faire Antwort. In der Zwischenzeit regnete es mehrmals, die Fenster sind selbstverständlich gefroren über Nacht, und es tropft rein. Nach mehrmaligem kontaktieren- geht entweder niemand ran, ich werde nicht zurückgerufen und die Nachbarin oberhalb hat noch kaputte Fliesen am Balkon. Liebes Schwarzataler Team, das ist nicht professionell, und unverantwortlich gegenüber den Bewohnern- denn wir zahlen monatlich für die nicht gegebene Betreuung!

Hello, we bought an apartment in Neunkirchen through Schwarzataler. However, the tenant above our apartment has a damage on the balcony. Therefore, in brief, it rains in our house or we have a leaky balcony, which is covered with windows. Therefore, we cannot use the balcony at all in winter or when it is raining outside. In addition, our laminate floor on the balcony is of course bulged due to the damage. Now we come to the Highlight Schwarzateler (of course the property management and also responsible for us), pass it on to the insurance company, we have been waiting for a fair answer for 3 months. In the meantime it has rained several times, the windows are of course frozen overnight and it is dripping in. After contacting me several times, either nobody answers, I am not called back and the neighbor above still has broken tiles on the balcony. Dear Schwarzatal team, this is not professional and irresponsible to the residents - because we pay monthly for the care that is not given!
