A very nice and competent doctor. The ladies at the front desk are very nice! Waiting time is also ok ... after all you have to wait everywhere!

A good doctor and in my opinion very competent. Waiting time is okay, you usually wait about 20-30 minutes what is absolutely normal with us.

Kann mir eines sagen die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit der Vorzimmer Damen eine Katastrophe, habe noch nie eine solche Unfreundlichkeit erlebt. Was with Dr. Schramm as accompaniment for an 80-year-old patient with a freshly operated leg. S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Arzt, er ist sehr kompetent und erklärt es wirklich sehr einfach. Er fühlt sich in den Patienten richtig gut ein. Wenn man schlecht gelaunt ist oder gar grantig, kompensiert er dies, mit Humor. Auch die Ordinationsdamen machen einen wirklich guten Job, manchmal ein wenig gestresst aber immer bemüht und freundlich. Sehr familiär. Ein tolles Beispiel, als ich am Nachmittag vom Spital entlassen wurde, habe ich am Vormittag angerufen und mir wurde ein Termin für den nächsten Tag in der Früh angeboten. Da ich aber abgeholt wurde vom Spital und wusste ich kann mein Auto nicht fahren, bat ich meine Mutter, mich zum Arzt zu fahren. Ich stand mit meinen Befunden da und erklärte den Ordinationsdamen, dass ich den Termin am nächsten Tag nicht wahrnehmen kann, sehr freundlich und bemüht haben Sie Verständnis gezeigt. Ich habe nicht mal 5 minuten gewartet und durfte mit dem Arzt sprechen . Ich bin so begeistert. Vielen lieben Dank ??❤️? Very familiar. A great example, when I was discharged from the hospital in the afternoon, I called in the morning and was offered an appointment for the next morning in the morning. But since I was picked up from the hospital and knew I couldn't drive my car, I asked my mother to drive me to the doctor. I stood there with my findings and explained to the ordination ladies that I would not be able to keep the appointment the next day, you showed understanding very friendly and tried hard. I didn't even wait 5 minutes and was allowed to speak to the doctor. I'm so excited. Thank you very much ??❤️?
D	Doni Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besonders auffällig ist das äußerst unfreundliche Personal im Vorzimmer - immer schlecht gelaunt, fehlende Kompetenz, mangel an Interesse, Respektlosigkeit. Von diesen Damen braucht man keine Unterstützung erwarten. Dieses Personal ist völlig fehl am Platz! Der Arzt selber wirkt uninteressiert, nimmt sich keine Zeit für Fragen meinerseits- Hauptsache schnell alle Patienten wieder rausbekommen und mit Medikamente vollstopfen. Die Wartezeit ist katastrophal. Die guten Bewertungen hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Particularly noticeable is the extremely unfriendly staff in the anteroom - always in a bad mood, lack of competence, lack of interest, disrespect. You don't need to expect any support from these ladies. This staff is completely out of place! The doctor himself seems uninterested, takes no time for questions on my part - the main thing is to get all patients out quickly and stuff them with medication. The waiting time is catastrophic. I cannot understand the good reviews here.

Zugegeben, die Damen im Vorraum haben die Freundlichkeit nicht gerade erfunden und wenn man (wie erwünscht) wegen eines Termins anruft, wird meistens nicht abgehoben. (Ich war alleine bei der Anmeldung, das Telefon hat unaufhörlich geklingelt, wurde aber geflissentlich ignoriert) Als ich aber den Arzt wegen der aktuellen Lage zwecks corona Impfung, bzw. Genesene befragte, wurde ich zum einen äußerst wirsch darauf hingewiesen, das er neutralisierende Antikörpertests von anderen Laboren nicht anerkennt (obwohl BEHÖRDLICH anerkannt) Und zum anderen energisch belehrt, dass derlei Tests BEHÖRDLICH keine Gültigkeit hätten! Erst als ich ihm die offizielle Verordnung auf der bundesministeriumsseite zeigen wollte, gab er zähneknirschend zu, die Wahrheit sehr wohl gewusst zu haben! Zugegeben man kann zu corona stehen, wie man will, aber wie soll ich vertrauen zu einem Hausarzt haben, der mich einfach ANLÜGT, wenn es ihm in den Kram passt? -5 Sterne wären noch zu viel, das ist ein absolutes no go! Leider sind die Vorzimmer Damen so ungut das ich deswegen gewechselt bin Wären diese etwas freundlicher hätte ich nicht gewechselt Shortly after taking over from Mr. dr Humhal changed.
