a	armin hartmamn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine gute Aussicht zum Gesäuße. Außer Montag, Dienstag nun auch Mittwoch zu. Getränke waren im Wassertrog. Also zurück zur Niglalm, dort auch geschlossen. Keine Hinweise zu Öffnungszeiten vorhanden. A good view to the pleasures. Except Monday, Tuesday now also Wednesday. Drinks were in the water trough. So back to the Niglalm, there too closed. No information on opening times available.

Die Schüttbauernalm von der Niglalm aus, stellte sich als das perfekte Wanderziel zu Miitag für unsere Familie (Mama, Papa waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs) heraus: Eine wunderschöne Hütte, herrliche Hausmannskost und freundliche Wirtsleute. Danke für das Rezept der spitzenmäßigen hausgemachten Ingwer-Zitronen-Limo an die Wirtin! Echt lässig. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Had the great luck at the end of the season on the 2nd weekend in November to have excellent hiking weather. The Schüttbauernalm from the Niglalm turned out to be the perfect hiking destination for our family (mom, dad were traveling with two kids): A beautiful cabin, delicious home cooking and friendly hosts. Thanks for the recipe of the top-class homemade ginger-lemon-soda to the landlady! Really casual. Clear recommendation!

Die wirken als würde sie diese Arbeit gar nicht freuen und dass zeigen Sie dem Kunden auch!! Ich war das letzte mal dort!! Have been to the Alm twice so far. Food and location are great! Everything perfect. Unfortunately the boss and the boss don't go at all! They seem like they don't like this work at all and you show the customer that too! I was there for the last time !!
R	RipsDiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Schüttbauernalm ist eine puristische Gasthütte mit ausgezeichneter österreichischer Küche aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die Grammelknödel in der Variation mit einem Hascheeknödel, Kraut und Erdäpfeln sind die besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Topfenstrudel ist ein Gaumenschmaus, besser gehts nicht! Die Lage der Alm ist oberhalb der Hengstpass-Bundesstraße. Knapp 4 km von Altenmarkt bei St. Gallen im Ennstal kommend gehts rechts auf eine Schotterstraße. Um die Straße sicher mit dem Auto aufzufahren, sollte man etwas Übung haben, denn die Fahrt über 5 km ist teilweise eng, das Fahrzeug sollte ausreichend Bodenfreiheit haben. Mit dem Enduro-Motorrad oder Mountainbike macht es da rauf richtig Spaß. Oben ist eine super Wander-Landschaft auf die Bodenwies, die Niglalm bzw. runter bis nach Kleinreifling. Eine Übernachtung auf über 1.000 Hm ist ebenfalls möglich, allerdings ist der Mobil-Empfang schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden, mangels Strom ist ein Akkupack mit Lampe abends ratsam. Die Alm hat normalerweise ab April bis Anfang November von Mittwoch bis Sonntag geöffnet, warme Küche gibt es ab ca. 11:00 bis Sonnenuntergang. Im Zweifelsfall ruft man an oder sieht auf der Website nach, ob Betrieb ist! The Schüttbauernalm is a purist inn with excellent Austrian cuisine from its own farm. The dumplings in the variation with a dumpling dumpling, cabbage and potatoes are the best I have ever eaten. The curd strudel is a culinary delight, it does not get any better! The location of the Alm is above the Hengstpass federal highway. Just 4 km from Altenmarkt near St. Gallen in Ennstal, turn right onto a gravel road. To get on the road safely by car, you should have some practice, because the drive over 5 km is sometimes tight, the vehicle should have sufficient ground clearance. With the Enduro motorcycle or mountain bike it's really fun up there. Above is a great hiking landscape on the Bodenwies, the Niglalm or down to Kleinreifling. An overnight stay on over 1,000 Hm is also possible, but the mobile reception is bad to none, due to lack of power, a battery pack with a lamp in the evening is advisable. The Alm is usually open from April to early November from Wednesday to Sunday, hot meals are available from about 11:00 until sunset. If in doubt, call or check the website to see if it's up!

Almhütte der Superlative. Top alpine hut with perfect food and nice overnight accommodation (great option for family celebrations / approx 30 beds - parking spaces in front of the door, very nice hosts.) Superlative alpine hut.

Hat alles sehr gut gepasst, kommen bestimmt wieder! Stayed there overnight as part of a company outing, the location is great! Kitchen highly recommended and the beds very comfortable, as well as the landlords! Everything went very well, I'll definitely be back!

Köstlicher Topfenstrudel - davon isst mein Mann immer gleich 2 Stück weil er so lecker ist. The best gram dumplings in the world. Very nice hosts. You feel really good. Delicious curd cheese strudel - my husband always eats 2 pieces because it's so delicious.
