Auch die Kommunikation mit den Eltern ist professionell und unaufgeregt. Ferien- und Semestermanagement – alles klappt wie am Schnürchen. Dieses Jahr haben wir es besonders fein, auch das 2. Semester ist super gelaufen. Mit Glück keine 4 im Zeugnis, dafür 4 Monate Freiheit bis es wieder ernst wird :-) We are very satisfied. My son (15) organizes himself in coordination with the student helpers' team and likes to go there. Also the communication with the parents is professional and calm. Holiday and semester management - everything works like clockwork. This year we have it very fine, the 2nd semester went really well. With luck no 4 in the certificate, but 4 months freedom until it gets serious again :-)

Durch individuelles Coaching wurde wieder Motivation zum Lernen und Durchhaltevermögen bis zum Ende der Schulzeit geschaffen. Der Endspurt konnte so ohne Hürden erfolgreich absolviert werden! Mein besonderer Dank gilt Hrn. Vielnascher für sein stets offenes Ohr und das erfolgreiche Covid-Management, Manu und Etienne für das lebendig werden lassen der französischen Sprache und besonders Florian, der es geschafft hat das Ruder in Latein um 180 Grad zu drehen. Wer seinen Feind kennt, kann ihn besiegen ;-) Highly recommended tutoring institute. Uncomplicated and friendly handling, but the consistent pursuit of the learning goals is guaranteed. Individual coaching re-created motivation to learn and perseverance until the end of school. The final sprint could be completed successfully without any hurdles! My special thanks go to Mr. Vielnascher for his always open ear and the successful Covid management, Manu and Etienne for bringing the French language to life and especially Florian, who managed to turn the tiller 180 degrees in Latin. Alle sind hier sehr bemüht, dass man wirklich seine Ziele erreicht. Auch der Umgang mit der Pandemie war echt super. Wenn es Lockdowns gab, gab es online Unterricht und sonst in der Nachhilfe direkt mit Maske, Abstand und Test. Super organisiert und man wurde immer rechtzeitig auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht. Ich habe vor zwei Jahren wegen einem Deutsch-Fünfer im Jahreszeugnis Hilfe für meinen Sohn gesucht. Wegen dem guten Erfolg bei der Nachprüfung sind wir dabei geblieben und das war eine wirklich gute Entscheidung. Mein Sohn konnte sich in seinen Sorgenfächern Deutsch und Englisch erheblich verbessern und mittlerweile lässt sich auch meine Tochter in Mathe unterstützen. Das Team ist sehr kompetent und freundlich, die Betreuung sehr individuell, die Atmosphäre freundschaftlich und ungezwungen. Ich kann die Schülerhilfe wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Many thanks to the student help team for the great support! Two years ago I was looking for help for my son because of a German fiver in the annual certificate. Because of the good success in the review, we stayed with it and that was a really good decision. My son was able to improve significantly in his care German and English and meanwhile my daughter can also be supported in math. The team is very competent and friendly, the care very individual, the atmosphere friendly and informal. I can only really recommend the student help.

Der Einstieg war sehr angenehm, weil unkompliziert und unglaublich entgegenkommend:) Sie hat 2x/Woche eine Einheit, wenn sie mal verhindert ist, bekommt sie kurzfristig einen Ersatztermin. Die "Lehrer" scheinen sehr nett zu sein, anderenfalls würde meine Tochter nicht gern hingehen;) Die Schülerhilfe in Währing nimmt unsere Anliegen ernst und unterstützen uns perfekt! Ich habe volles Vertauen und fühle mich sehr gut beraten und betreut! My daughter has been in student aid for 1.5 years. The start was very pleasant because it was uncomplicated and incredibly accommodating :) She has a unit twice a week, if she is prevented from doing so, she gets an alternative appointment at short notice. The "teachers" seem to be very nice, otherwise my daughter wouldn't like to go;) The student aid in Währing takes our concerns seriously and supports us perfectly!
