O	Olga Lemberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor Jahren dort und mit den Therapeuten nicht zufrieden. Lieblose, routinemäßige Behandlung und schlechte Sauberkeit in den Kabinen. I was there years ago and not satisfied with the therapists. Loveless, routine treatment and poor cleanliness in the cabins.
c	christoph stiegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ als schmerzpatient habe ich über die jahre viele ärzte kennen gelernt aber diese ist an empathielosigkeit und präpotenz nicht zu überbieten! trotz genauer diagnose meines facharztes glaubte sie es besser zu wissen und wollte mir eine andere andere therapie andrehen. zum glück habe ich mit meinem arzt rücksprache gehalten und meine therapie anderenorts erledigt. As a pain patient, I have met many doctors over the years, but this one cannot be surpassed in terms of lack of empathy and prepotency! despite a more precise diagnosis by my specialist, she thought she knew better and wanted to offer me another therapy. fortunately, i have consulted my doctor and have my therapy done elsewhere.
B	Brigitta Burger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich kein Urteil über die ärztliche Leistung abgeben,weil ich nicht soweit gekommen bin.Ich habe dieses Institut gewählt,weil es mir soeben von einer Ärztin meines Vertrauens empfohlen wurde.Leider hat mir die Rezeption nach Frage nach meinem Wohnbezirk eher unfreundlich mitgeteilt,dass nur mehr Patienten aus dem 18.Bezirk angenommen werden.So diskriminiert habe ich mich eigentlich noch nie gefühlt. Unfortunately, I cannot give a judgment about the medical service because I did not get that far. I chose this institute because it was recommended to me by a doctor I trust. Unfortunately, when I asked about my residential area, the reception told me rather unfriendly, that only more patients from the 18th district will be accepted - I've never felt so discriminated against.
M	Manuel Salzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und da gerade nicht so viel los war, konnte ich sofort zu Frau Dr. Kury zur Untersuchung. Ich bin auch mit meiner Therapie zufrieden und fühle mich hier gut aufgehoben. I was received in a friendly manner and since there was not so much going on, I was immediately able to see Dr. Kury for examination. I am also satisfied with my therapy and feel well cared for here.

Durch die fabelhafte Behandlung kann man darüber etwas hinweg sehen. One of the best institutes I know. Unfortunately, this cannot be said of all employees. Because of the fabulous treatment, you can overlook it a bit.
J	Juri S-D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor Jahren dort und wurde vom Rezeptionisten wie ein Lügner behandelt. Er machte den Fehler die 10 Einheiten ins Monat vor meinem kommen zu verbuchen da ich nicht zeitreisen kann, wurde mir am vollenden Tag eine sehr unfreundliche Nachricht geschrieben ich hätte alle 10 Einheiten nicht war genommen und ich habe nichts mehr bei ihnen zu suchen. Ich ging darauf hin ins Institut und klärte das Missverständnis auf, dass Sie mich in die Vergangenheit gebucht hatten. Dann wurden neue Termine gemacht. Leider hatte ich einen Fahrrad Unfall bei dem ich mir einen Zahn ausschlug und im Kiefer operiert werden musste, und ich rief sofort beim Institut an um ab zu sagen. Ich wurde als Lügner beschimpft( obwohl ich das natürlich mit medizinischen Unterlagen des Kranhauses beweisen hätte können) und der Herr an der Rezeption sagte zu mir ich hätte jetzt lebenslanges Hausverbot bei ihnen und ich sollte mich nie wieder bei ihnen blicken lassen. So eine unverschämte Frechheit gibt es kein zweites mal. Ich wohne leider ums eck und habe des öfteren Bandscheibenvorfälle und kann nun nicht mehr ins Institut kommen weil die Angestellten vollkommen des Wahnsinns sind. I was there years ago and was treated like a liar by the receptionist. He made the mistake of booking the 10 units in the month before I came, because I cannot time travel, a very unfriendly message was written to me on the full day that I had not taken all 10 units and I have no business with them. I went to the institute and cleared up the misunderstanding that you had booked me in the past. Then new appointments were made. Unfortunately I had a bicycle accident in which I knocked out a tooth and had to be operated on in my jaw, and I immediately called the institute to cancel. I was insulted as a liar (although I could of course have proven that with medical documents from the hospital) and the man at the reception said to me that I was now banned from the house for life and I should never come to see them again. There's no such outrageous cheek a second time. Unfortunately, I live around the corner and often have herniated discs and can no longer come to the institute because the employees are completely insane.
H	Hoffi x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde die Behandlung der Stromtherapie , Massage U die Heilgymnastik sehr gut die Leute sind echt Kompetent und sehr nett bin vor 7Jahren schonmal dort gewesen bin sehr zufrieden I find the treatment of electrotherapy, massage and remedial gymnastics very good, the people are really competent and very nice, I've been there 7 years ago and I'm very satisfied
F	Florian Mamahase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ incredibly competent and friendly team. the receptionist was nice and welcoming despite some negative reviews saying they weren't, the therapists were just at friendly and offered competent treatment and the head doctor or whatever it's called took a lot of time with me and discussed the possible options for treatment.
