Wollte den heimischen Handel unterstützen, aber offenbar ist "Kundenservice" ein Fremdwort. Finger weg! Null Sterne! Just not! Wasn't even noticed as a customer. Zero advice. Nobody cared. On request, negative reaction from the branch management (!!!). Wanted to support the domestic trade, but apparently "customer service" is a foreign word. Hands off! Zero stars!

Ich dachte ich unterstütze mal die kleineren Unternehmen und gehe nicht zu Deichmann und Co. aber das bereue ich zutiefst. Nach 2 Stunden Schuhe tragen bluteten meine Füße und die Sohlen waren beschädigt, dann wollte ich es einen Tag nach dem Kauf zurück bringen aber das war nicht möglich! Nie wieder bei so einem Laden, dann lieber zu Deichmann die sind zumindest vernünftig. Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars! I thought I would support the smaller companies and not go to Deichmann and Co. but I deeply regret that. After 2 hours of wearing shoes my feet were bleeding and the soles were damaged, then I wanted to bring it back one day after buying it but that was not possible! Never again in a shop like this, then better to Deichmann - they are at least sensible.

Schuh hat extrem gedrückt und hat nicht meinen Wünschen entsprochen. Sehr enttäuschend bei den Preisen. The saleswoman only wanted to sell an expensive product, regardless of whether it meets the needs of the customers or not. Schuh was extremely pressed and did not meet my wishes. Very disappointing with the prices.
