Danke, nie wieder. Complaint is not possible because the shoes are already worn. I am to blame for the mistake. Absolutely not conditional problem solving. Thanks, never again.
A	Andrea Perfect on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schuhe nicht nach meinem Geschmack, doch wenn wer solche braucht, kann man schon probieren welche zu kaufen. 1) sind sie mir zu teuer und 2) gefallen sie mir nicht wegn dem, daß die Schuhe keine Ansätze haben. Größtenteils nur flache. Und die Modelle ehrlich gesagt nicht nach Schuhe == keine damenhafte. Shoes not to my taste, but if you need them, you can try buying them. 1) they are too expensive for me and 2) I don't like them because the shoes have no roots. Mostly flat. And the models frankly not after shoes == no ladylike.
R	Robi Koroljev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Männer Schuhe gekauft und sie bis jetzt acht mal getragen und die geklebte Sohle trennte sich vom Schuh. Ich bezahlte 140 € für die Schuhe und wollte sie heute gegen Ein neues Paar umtauschen, dies ist nicht möglich da die Geschäftsführung meint der könne repariert werden! Hallo ein 8 mal getragener Schuh wird jetzt geschustert!? Die Geschäftsführung interessiert es absolut nicht eine Lösung im Sinne des Kunden zu finden. Habe bis jetzt meine Schuhe beim Deichmann gekauft und auch ein paar mal reklamiert, ohne Diskussion wurden die Schuhe umgetauscht. Ich kann dieses Geschäft absolut nicht empfehlen, da sehr schlechte Beratung und die als primäres Ziel haben ihre Schuhe einfach an den Mann zu bringen danach die Sintflut! Zum Schuh selber muss ich sagen ist er um nichts besser als ein schwarzer Männerschuh um 59€ beim Deichmann, bis auf das Leder dass scheint hochwertig zu sein. Ich habe keine Schweißfüße aber dieser Schuh bringt auch meine Füße zum schwitzen und Schweiß beginnt sicher zu stinken! Fazit: Preis/Leistung Flop. Verarbeitung: Flop. Kundenorientierung RIESEN FLOP. Material: Top I bought men's shoes and worn them eight times so far and the glued sole separated from the shoe. I paid € 140 for the shoes and wanted to exchange them for a new pair today, this is not possible because the management thinks they can be repaired! Hello a shoe worn 8 times is now cobbled !? The management is absolutely not interested in finding a solution in the interests of the customer. So far I have bought my shoes from Deichmann and complained a few times, the shoes were exchanged without discussion. I can absolutely not recommend this business, because very bad advice and the primary goal is to simply sell your shoes after the flood! To the shoe itself I have to say it is nothing better than a black men's shoe at Deichmann for 59 €, except for the leather that seems to be of high quality. I don't have sweaty feet but this shoe also makes my feet sweat and sweat sure starts to stink! Conclusion: price / performance flop. Processing: flop. Customer orientation GIANT FLOP. Material: top
