★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten an einer Liegenschaft eine Brandmeldeanlage angemeldet. Diese wurde deaktiviert. Nun benötigten wir ein Ersatzteil für einen Rauchwarnmelder. Ich hatte Kontakt mit der Firma Schrack aufgenommen um eine Reparatur zu beauftragen. Der Servicemitarbeiter teilte mit dass nicht die Firma Schrack sondern der Elektriker zuständig wäre. Daraufhin Beauftragung des Elektrikers, dieser benötigte ein Ersatzteil welches es nur von der Firma Schrack gibt. Wir warten jetzt schon über einen Monat auf das Ersatzteil; keine Rückmeldung von Schrack; keine Zusendung des Ersatzteiles.... Hängt wohl damit zusammen dass die Brandmeldeanlage abgeschalten wurde und kein großer Umsatz an unserer Liegenschaft mehr zu erwarten ist..... Schade dass in Österreich so gearbeitet wird...….
 We had registered a fire alarm system at a property. This has been deactivated. Now we needed a spare part for a smoke detector. I had contacted the company Schrack to commission a repair. The service employee said that not the company Schrack but the electrician would be responsible. Then commissioning of the electrician, this needed a spare part which is only available from the company Schrack. We have been waiting for over a month for the spare part; no feedback from Schrack; no sending of the spare part .... Hangs probably with the fact that the fire alarm system was switched off and no large sales of our property is expected more ..... Too bad that in Austria so worked ... ....
