★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem immer wieder in meiner Ferienwohnung während meiner Abwesenheit der Strom tagelang abgedreht wird, wollte ich dies durch technische Maßnahmen verhindern. Die Installation erfolgte ursprünglich durch die Firma Resinger, so wandte ich mich auch an diese.
Es kam jemand und machte eine Bestandsaufnahme, versprach sich zu melden und ging. Bald ein Jahr tat sich nichts, dann kam ein Anruf, dass man meinen Bedarf noch in Evidenz habe, sich noch melden würde.
Ein weiteres halbes Jahr trudelte eine Rechnung über nahezu EUR 200,00 ein. Eine telefonische Nachfrage brachte faktisch blanken Hohn.
Nie wieder werde ich dieses Unternehmen bedenken!
After the power was turned off for days in my holiday apartment while I was away, I wanted to prevent this by taking technical measures. The installation was originally carried out by Resinger, so I also turned to them.
Someone came and took stock, promised to call, and left. For almost a year nothing happened, then I received a call that my needs were still on file and that they would still be in touch.
For another six months, an invoice came in for almost EUR 200.00. A telephone inquiry brought in fact sheer mockery.
I will never consider this company again!
