★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dachdeckerei Schön hat bei mir vor ein paar Jahren Rollläden für meine Dachfester montiert. Hatte damals mehrere Firmen angefragt und die Fa. Schön war die einzige, die vorbei gekommen ist und sich schon vor der Angebotserstellung alles genau angesehen hat. Alle waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuverlässig.
Kürzlich ist bei mir die Betätigungsstange zum Öffnen und Schließen der Dachfenster gebrochen. Obwohl das Teil schon längst außerhalb der Garantie war, hat Firma Schön für mich sofort eine Kolanzlösung beim Hersteller durchgesetzt und mir die Stange sogar noch persönlich vorbei gebracht. Das ist wirklich gutes Service!
Dachdeckerei Schön installed roller shutters for my roof windows a few years ago. Back then I asked several companies and the company Schön was the only one who came over and looked at everything before the offer was made. Everyone was very friendly, competent and reliable.
I recently broke the operating rod for opening and closing the roof windows. Although the part was already out of warranty for a long time, the Schön company immediately implemented a columbine solution for me from the manufacturer and even brought the bar to me personally. This is really good service!

I called there during the week at 11am but I only got one tape that said they could reach us outside of working hours.
