Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen und der Bitte um Rückäusserung, ob die Firma bereit wäre sich meinen Anliegen anzunehmen, wird man mit der lapidaren Antwort auf Rückruf vertröstet, der aber nie stattfindet. Eine einfache Antwort das man sich mit Kleinaufträgen nicht beschäftigt wäre hilfreich, so müsste nicht ungenützte Zeit verstreichen.
It is gratifying that Hammer is doing so well and that it does not have to react to customer inquiries. After repeated calls and requests for feedback as to whether the company would be willing to take on my concerns, one is put off with the succinct answer to the callback, which never takes place. A simple answer that you don't deal with small orders would be helpful, so that unused time would not have to pass.
