H	Heinz Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben heute über mjam bestellt, angezeigte Wartezeit 30 Minuten. Bezahlt leider im Voraus per paypal. Die Lieferzeit stieg schnell aber stetig dann auf über zwei (!) Stunden. Nach 40 Minuten also telefonische Nachfrage, wir erfahren, dass die Bestellung nicht ausgeliefert werden konnte, weil der Fahrer von mjam die Adresse nicht bekommen hat. Natürlich ist das Essen jetzt kalt, aber er kann da nichts machen, wir müssten uns bei mjam beschweren. Auslieferung dann tatsächlich kaltes Essen, aber rund eine Stunde nach der Bestellung, also eine Stunde früher als von mjam angekündigt. Schnitzelpalast hat an uns einen langjährigen Kunden verloren, kaltes Essen brauchen wir nicht. Today we ordered through mjam, indicated waiting time 30 minutes. Unfortunately paid in advance via PayPal. The delivery time rose quickly but steadily to over two (!) Hours. After 40 minutes we asked by phone, we learned that the order could not be delivered because the driver from mjam did not get the address. Of course the food is cold now, but there is nothing he can do about it, we would have to complain to mjam. Delivery then actually cold food, but about an hour after the order, so an hour earlier than announced by mjam. Schnitzelpalast has lost a long-standing customer to us, we don't need cold food.
P	Paul Divjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat mich echt überrascht. Geschmacklich war das Schnitzel Top, ebenso die Pommes! Bedienung war sehr freundlich und wir wurden rasch bedient! Really surprised me. The schnitzel was delicious, as were the fries! The service was very friendly and we were served quickly!

One of the things I like about this place is that it is open till late, making it convenient if I want to have a late night dinner. They have plenty of seating space and the people are quite nice. The only thing I find a little bothersome is that sauces are sold separately. I wish they'd include some condiments with the schnitzel when you buy it. Sucks that you need to buy ketchup / mayo separately!
