My partner and I recently had a new passport made at this branch. Everything was very uncomplicated and quick! The passes were with us within 48 hours! Our supervisor was also very nice and committed.

Beim Termin hatte ich ein zu altes Passfoto (darf nicht älter sein als 6 Monate) - nachdem ich ein neues Passfoto machen habe lassen wurde dann am selben Tag ein weiterer Termin kurzfristig eingeschoben. Toller Service!
Very uncomplicated and quick activation of the new ID Austria (pre-registration required!). At the appointment I had a passport photo that was too old (must not be older than 6 months) - after I had a new passport photo taken, another appointment was made at short notice on the same day. Great service!
