Da wurde wirklich etwas sehr gemütliches in einer doch sehr gewerblichen Umgebung geschaffen! Ein Kompliment an Bedienung darf keinesfalls fehlen. Very casual coffee! Brunch was excellent - plentiful and tasty! Went with two young children, no problem. Something really cozy was created in a very commercial environment! A compliment to operation should not be missing.

Very tasty and original breakfast. I really liked the solution with the blackboard. Everything was very tasty and of high quality.

Perlgraupen als Beilage und nicht öden Reis. Der Salat ist immer so frisch, das ist faszinierend. Das Fleisch ist absolut hochwertig, und ich es gibt keine bösen Überraschungen wie Flachsen, Knorpel oder Fettreste. 2. es wird frisch gekocht. Und unglaublich kreativ. Hier ein besonderes Lob an den Küchenchef. Da ist ein Künstler am Werk, der gekonnt mit Gewürzen spielen kann, und das auch gerne macht.? Das ist Kochkunst auf höchstem Niveau. Ich, bekennender Sauerkraut-Hasser habe hier ein Sauerkraut bekommen von dem ich einen 5 kg Trog essen könnte. ? ich bin immer noch fassungslos deshalb. 3. das komplette Team ist super liebenswert und freundlich. Man geht sehr gerne dort hin. 4. das Ambiente hat etwas gemütlich-modernes, ein interessant- gelungener Spagat. 5. die Mittagskarte ist immer sehr abwechslungsreich und gesund. Da ich sportlich sehr aktiv bin ist mir das wichtig. I work in gastronomy and have often worked in 5* hotels and at exclusive events, but the Schmaus & Browse is my absolute favorite because: 1. the ingredients: with the chili there was, for example, pearl barley as a side dish and not just plain rice. The salad is always so fresh, it's fascinating. The meat is of the highest quality and there are no nasty surprises such as flax, gristle or fat residue. 2. It is freshly cooked. And incredibly creative. Here a special compliment to the chef. There is an artist at work who can skilfully play with spices and likes to do it.? This is culinary art at the highest level. I, a self-confessed sauerkraut hater, got a sauerkraut here from which I could eat a 5 kg trough. ? I'm still stunned because of it. 3. the whole team is super lovely and friendly. It's a pleasure to go there. 4. the ambience has something cozy and modern, an interesting and successful balancing act. 5. the lunch menu is always very varied and healthy. As I am very active in sports, this is important to me.
