Two weeks vacation with two families. Super house, friendly unobtrusive hosts and absolutely child-friendly area. You can't go wrong with that.

Das 400 Jahre alte Bauernhaus ist urgemütlich, ideal für 2 Familien. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. We stayed at the Schmalzerhof in Fügenberg for 14 days and were very satisfied. Michaela and Franz are great hosts. The 400 year old farmhouse is very cozy, ideal for 2 families. We would book again anytime.

S	Sylvia Vilser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Schmalzerhof ist eine urige und geräumige Unterkunft, eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Tiroler Details und bietet in einer gemütlichen Laube, am großen Esstisch, in der heimeligen Stube oder auf dem sonnigen Balkon (mit traumhaftem Ausblick) viele Plätze, wo man sich gerne entspannt. Das Besondere an dieser Hütte sind aber seine Besitzer Franz und Michaela: man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort "dahoam". Ein Ratsch mit den Beiden gehört für uns genauso dazu wie das selbstgebrannte Schnapserl vom Franz oder die Milch vom eigenen Hof. Die Zwei sind herzlich, unkompliziert und haben immer einen guten Tip für ein Ausflugsziel oder eine Einkehr in einer Hütte oder einem guten Gasthaus. Es kommt nicht von ungefähr, dass wir (3 Familien) schon 6 Mal Gäste auf dem Schmalzerhof waren und immer gerne wiederkommen. Auf dem Schmalzerhof kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub erleben. Die Buchung über Viola vom Hüttenland funktioniert perfekt und auch dieser Kontakt ist persönlicher als jedes Reisebüro. The Schmalzerhof is a rustic and spacious accommodation, furnished with many loving Tyrolean details and offers many places where you can relax in a cozy arbor, at the large dining table, in the cozy living room or on the sunny balcony (with a fantastic view). The special thing about this hut are its owners Franz and Michaela: you arrive and immediately feel "at home". A chat with the two of them is just as much a part of us as the homemade schnapps from Franz or the milk from our own farm. The two are cordial, uncomplicated and always have a good tip for a destination or a stop in a hut or a good inn. It is no coincidence that we (3 families) have been guests at the Schmalzerhof 6 times and always like to come back. At the Schmalzerhof you can experience an unforgettable holiday at any time of the year. The booking via Viola vom Hüttenland works perfectly and this contact is more personal than any travel agency.
