★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best Museums I have ever been to. It includes a natural exhibition with an introductory to animalistic preparations, a technical exhibition with many physical items dating hundreds of years back and a critical at-gallery concerning the the way animal being portraits by civilizations.
All the exhibitions are informativen and distinct which creates a perfect combination.
The museum is inside of an old castle with a modern part, very picturesque to look at!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent collection of artifacts, art and cultural items. The mediaeval collection is outstanding. There is a collection of arms as well as a numismatic collection. This is a wonderful museum and would be world class if it had English descriptions.

The museum has a section devoted to technology, as well as to nature, and a decent exhibition on late medieval art from the upper Danube region as well. It is not the largest museum in these lands, but worth seeing if you like museums.
