Historic castle with a beautiful backdrop for snapshots, is also used for weddings. Also great are open air events of the local clubs.

A castle in very good condition. And a very interesting architectural style. The castle is partially inhabited and can be visited under normal circumstances.

Ein hübsches Schloss, welches meiner Meinung nach eher einer Burg ähnelt. Der grüne Burggraben ist toll und die Anlage gepflegt. Leider habe ich nicht herausgefunden, ob man auf den Turm gehen kann/darf- der Ausblick von oben wäre sicher schön gewesen. Im Inneren des Schlosses befindet sich jedenfalls eine Jugendherberge. Uns brachte der Zufall hierher, viel ist nicht los, aber man kann einen klitzekleinen Spaziergang um das Schloss machen, der sich auf jeden Fall lohnt. Unfortunately I did not find out whether you can / may go up to the tower - the view from above would have been nice. In any case, there is a youth hostel inside the castle. Chance brought us here, there is not much going on, but you can take a tiny walk around the castle, which is definitely worth it.
