★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Hof wurde 1120 als „Gut Waldbichl“ erstmals erwähnt und stand ab 1238 im Eigentum des Stifts Sankt Peter, das Gut und Hof nach Erbrecht verpachtete. 1597 bis gegen 1677 war hier die Salzburger Kaufmannsfamilie Fabrizin ansässig, deren Wappen über dem südlichen Haustor des Hofes in Stein gemeißelt ist. 1677 bis 1741 besaß den Hof die Bierbrauerfamilie Kaserer. 1741 wurde das Bauwerk vom Salzburger Stadtrat Franz Anton Rauchenbichler und seiner Frau Maria Theresia Poschinger erworben und neu errichtet; es gehörte in der Franzosenzeit deren Sohn und Freiheitskämpfer Anton Rauchenbichler
The farm was first mentioned in 1120 as "Gut Waldbichl" and from 1238 was owned by the St. Peter Monastery, which leased the estate and farm under inheritance law. From 1597 to around 1677, the Salzburg merchant family, the Fabrizin, lived here, whose coat of arms is carved in stone over the southern gate of the courtyard. From 1677 to 1741 the farm was owned by the Kaserer family of brewers. In 1741 the building was acquired and rebuilt by the Salzburg city councilor Franz Anton Rauchbichler and his wife Maria Theresia Poschinger; In the French times it belonged to their son and freedom fighter Anton Rauchbichler
