Auch wenn die Zimmer so farblos sind und es dort zu wenig gibt (bin Stadtmensch). There were very nice people I really liked is now 4 years ago and I remember almost only good ones. Even if the rooms are so colorless and there is not enough (I'm a city person).

Schloss Leonstein, ein Gebäude mit interessanter Geschichte, das seit 1945 das Landeskinderheim beherbergt. One of the many historical jewels in the beautiful Steyrtal, located directly on the Steyrtal cycle path. Leonstein Castle, a building with an interesting history that has housed the state children's home since 1945.
L	Lucas Silhanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von Donnerstag bis Sonntag waren wir in Pörtschach im Schloss Leonstein angesiedelt. Es war unglaublich zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer waren eine kleine Maisonette Wohnung und im alten Stil des Schlosses eingerichtet, jedoch modern ausgestattet. Generell bietet das Schloss einen gewissen alten Flair. Im Innenhof hat man beim Essen das Gefühl in Italien zu sitzen. Das Frühstück bietet ein klassisches Buffet, welches einem alles bietet. Wer auf ein riesen Frühstücksbuffet hofft, der hofft vergeblich. Mit dem Zusatzangebot an Eigerichten (z.B. Omeltte) und der Tagesfrühstücksspezialität (z.B. Frenchtoast) ist man jedoch mehr als gut bedient. Das Abendessen besteht aus einem 4-Gang Menü. mit 2 Vorspeisen und einer Hauptspeise nach Wahö. Wir waren eine gemischte Gruppe und auch für die Vegetarier war etwas dabei. (Veganer schwierig) Ein riesiges Plus ist das sehr sehr freundliche Personal, welches einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Der Seezugang gegenüber vom Schloss bietet dann nochmals Luxus. Direkt an dem Steg erhält man rund um die Uhr Bedingung und kann Getränke und Essen nach belieben konsumieren. Sogar eine kleine Sauna ist enthalten und ein kleiner Spa Bereich. Für uns war es Luxus pur. Die Preise vom Essen und trinken sind moderat. Alles im allen ein gelungener Urlaub, wir sagen danke. From Thursday to Sunday we were based in Pörtschach in Leonstein Castle. It was incredibly satisfying. The rooms were a small maisonette apartment and furnished in the old style of the castle, but modernly equipped. In general, the castle has a certain old flair. In the inner courtyard you have the feeling of sitting in Italy while eating. The breakfast offers a classic buffet, which offers everything. Whoever hopes for a huge breakfast buffet, hopes in vain. With the additional offer of egg dishes (e.g. omeltte) and the daily breakfast specialty (e.g. frenchtoast) you are more than well served. The dinner consists of a 4-course menu. with 2 starters and a main course according to Wahö. We were a mixed group and there was also something for the vegetarians. (Vegan difficult) A huge plus is the very, very friendly staff, who read every wish from their lips. The lake access across from the castle offers even more luxury. Right on the jetty you get condition around the clock and can consume drinks and food as you wish. There is even a small sauna and a small spa area. For us it was pure luxury. The prices for food and drink are moderate. All in all a successful vacation, we say thank you.
